My favorite part of it is the piano. The blade is very heavy, extremely sharp and well made. There is more than enough protection for the sheath. It feels like a great tool in your hands and I can't wait to use it to cut a small tree!.

Definitely worth the price

It is hard to get used to the knife's height at first, but after that, it becomes second nature. It is amazing how fast I can slice through a head of iceberg or cabbage. Following their quick demise, I made short work of a salad topped with cubed chicken breast. The price is just too good to ignore. I've yet to find out how well it'll hold its edge, but I'm not a professional so I expect I'll be good for a while. Just wash it and let it air dry. To dry it, heat it a little and let it air dry You won't have to worry about it rusting. What the heck? My RV now has a magnetic knife rack, and it motivated me to hang it. I like the look of the new design, and the more drawer space is great.

The weight and size of the knife are perfect for my hand size The blade was very sharp and clean when it arrived, in addition to I doubt that it's a handmade made forged knife, as the knife face is machine smooth with some areas that have been deliberately ground out with an angle grinder to give it the appearance of a made knife. It is, however, a keeper that I will use.

My opinion is that it's the best bang for your buck

It looks like a 28 but I bought it thinking I would get The knife was only a 00 dollar, so I did not have very high expectations. The knife has been used a minimum of 15 times in the first two to three days to cut absolutely everything I needed to prepare the food. Considering that I am a home cook and not a chef, I bought this knife for BBQ cuts, thinking the low price was not really an issue. The few weeks I've owned this smoker, I had smoked six batches of ribs and three batches of chicken, and I wasn't easy on the knife. Comes with an edge I shave my arm with and even with all the bones I've hit cutting up the meats, I was still able to shave It's safe to say I'll be buying more in the future.

This is amazing. It came as a surprise to me when I received the knife. I was surprised by how heavy and sturdy it was, as well as how sharp it was compared to others I have had. The knife feels very heavy and solid to the touch. I enjoy the fact that it is made of one single piece of steel from blade to I like the way it's balanced, and the height provides a bit of leverage, enabling me to chop vegetables and meat swiftly and easily. As well as the handle, I appreciate the finish. You get a lot of value for your money with this. A knife with the same features cost twice as much on other sites. It is extremely sharp straight so, I sharpened it just a little bit before I used it for the first time. Lightsabers might be able to pass through it!.
