Can this jacket be worn at what temperature?

Wearing mine hunting on a day when it was 15 degrees with a wind of 20 to 30 mph, I endured the weather. The pain didn't affect me at all.

In cold hunting weather, it keeps you warm. I like the soft liner, but the hood is a bit big, but overall this is.
