We don't know how much it weighs after all its contents are added. For mine, I use 5 fluke jrs with 3/0 hooks and I would guess that 8 to 10 lbs are required. This is a pretty light rod compared to other rods I use it for a 7ft jig rod and it works great on florocarbin 30 pd test.
If I were using this type of rig, I might not use a beetle spin. A panfish of this size cannot be eaten. come prerigged with grubs of a smaller size
Please note that we do not advertise trolling with them, but with them yes you should be able to troll. I appreciate your kind words, thank you
Since I do not have the junior version, I think it's larger

They seem to work the best, and are of superior quality to the cheap brands (Poppers, Bucktails, needlefish, live bunker, tube n worm, etc. ). These are far superior to other brands as their leaflets do not slide off or rust. Any size striped bass will hit this with the appropriate hook size.
The one thing I have known throughout my 39 years of fishing on this lake in Canada is that one thing will never change. There is nothing to catch smallmouth bass in the middle of summer It is especially warm during the summer, and especially on sunny days. The situation is no longer the same. Around 10am on a sunny day during the second week of August, I and my daughter tried this lure in the deepest part of the lake, where the bait fish are. A big wham! On the 5th minute of the slow troll, the first of six very nice 3-hitters appears Over the next 90 minutes, you will catch 5 lbs of bass. In 39 years of fishing, this was the best day.
Only two thirds of the arms of the rig had blades. When the rig was described, there were blades on each arm. There is no need to worry about this. In the package, the wires were actually straight. In order to bend them back into normal position, I had to bend them. Even so, not a big deal, especially for the price. The jighead that is included isn't the best, but it will do if you have nothing else. The soft plastics it comes with are also not the best. The length is 75" and the width is 3 In the bottom left corner, there are four 4"). All in all, this seems like a good deal for the price, and since I live in Massachusetts, and I can only use two live hooks on this rig, it appears to be perfect. I need to cut the hook tip off one up top, though. I would definitely like to see the longer bottom arm.
The rig is awesome in every way. Bass fishing is what I do every morning before going to Having not caught one in over a week and not having caught a decent one in a few months, I was hoping for one today. It only took 3 days for me to catch five fish with this rig since I bought it the other day. My catch this morning was a 19" fish weighing 3lbs 4oz. It came with two pouches of grubs with it, which I ate the first two days. My big catch today was zoom super fluke swimming junior after I switched games. Prior to getting this one, I'd never used one like this. I highly recommend this product. It is high quality and catches fish well.
There are no swimbaits included with this rig, which is disappointing for me since I wished they had included them. Overall, I am happy with the quality of this rig. In addition to the umbrella bait I bought, I also bought a 4 pack of no-name bait for about the same price. Trust me when I tell you to stick with Compared to this one, the other ones were of terrible quality.
To troll with I ordered two, one to used as a rod holder and one to use in my hand. I knew they were old but I knew they were durable. The package in which I received them had three loose lure eyes laying in it, while the other only Two of the three minnows lost their eyes while we were test rigging an umbrella (in Indiana we can only use 3 wire). The quality is so poor that the price is excessive.
A manufacturer has been contacted and they know what is going on. That happens all the time, they said. There is no point in putting them on if they are going to fall off in a minute. a piece of any other bait just fell off and you knew it, stop using I don't want YUM anymore.
