1/4 oz spinner blade no. 6 is the 1/8 oz blade. A review of I find this plain Jane spinner bait to be one of the best and it catches a lot of fish! Using this spinner for waterfowl and walleye is very simple, and we always slam the fish with it. Fish do not seem to be attracted to all silver or all gold colors of Panther spinners like the all silver or all gold colors. There are a lot of gold and silver lures people are looking for, but they are hard to find at local stores and bait shops, as they sell fast. Thanks to Amazon, I found them at a competitive price with free You can expect a slew of additional orders!.
The lure seems to be pretty effective, although I have not had any luck using it at my local reservoir. My home pond is smaller, but then I changed to the local one. It was bigger, and right away I got As far as I know, nothing ate it since the fish I was attracting had been caught before and were naturally It took me less than 3 minutes to catch a pickerel, but when I got his attention he was This is a great lure that should not be used in a pond that is often fished, it will be less effective since fish have been caught on spinners, but it is still great.
Murky water is a particularly good place to use such a lure. My home state of Colorado has many reservoirs where you can find water. There are a lot of suspended sediments in the water. In the sunlight, the spinner on the lure flashes and the fish are drawn to it from a good distance. I'd rather drown worms than drown my whole day in them!.
The spinner is garbage. I broke the bead on the wire that allows the blade to turn, and it wouldn't turn Panther Martins quality control appears to be getting worse every year, and what's worst is how much more it cost online than in store where I could inspect it before purchasing it. The Amazon customer service department has not been helpful in returning this item.
In my opinion, it is one of the best fly spinners out there for trout. In all my past experiences, I have relied on Panther Martin spinners, and it feels good to know they have never let me down. It is rare for me to skunk these spinners, even after I have cast them 200+ times. Casting the rod far is easy, sinking at a controlled rate is difficult, and rarely getting snagged is inevitable. These baits work great on smallmouth bass and largemouth bass as well.
This method works well when fishing in a body of water. It attracts and catches fish if they are present.
Other good ones exist, too, but these are the ones I typically use first. In my tackle box, I always keep two of each.
It is an excellent bass lure. #1 is my new favorite.
