A few of these were a Christmas gift for my son. Having been provided the links to these, he requested them from me. When I asked him how they were working, as he ice fishes nearly every day, he replied, "Good. " My son said they are the best and he has tried each of them.

I purchased two and only one came with a center plug with a line guide. There is no way to contact the company. Would it be possible for me to be contacted if you have a fix for this?.

It would have been great if I had purchased them earlier

My only regret is that I didn't get them sooner. I cannot believe how convenient it is. I have had no issues with them. My 7" hand drill hole froze over after a 37" pike tried to get through on a 0 degree day. I purchased them after it was barely possible to get a 37" pike through it.

It does help to prevent ice from forming in your ice fishing hole. You can try to warm up your hole, but it will still freeze up eventually regardless of what you do, but it will take a lot.
