The product is intended for fishing for game fish, but what kind of fish will it catch?

Even while fishing for trout, bass, perch, and bass, even in the winter - these have been helpful to me and my wife. Whenever we go fishing, they never leave with us.

What are the benefits of this product if you want to hunt ?

Thanks for your patience! I apologize for the delay. During my fish catching vacation, I had to extend it because so many fish was caught. I agree! Once your line is out and the hook is set, you can relax and just enjoy the view, but when you get bitten the Hook Setter will be tripped, releasing the tip of your fishing pole that then snaps upwards and sets the hook, thus allowing you to fish. Now it's your choice whether to catch the fish by boat or by shore. This is followed by a reset and a It doesn't matter what the weather is like, you'll catch fish as long as there are fish. It will make others jealous just as it makes me jealous.

Is there anything that can be attached to the end of the rod or does this come with rod holders?

Neither rod holders nor racks are available. You can see in the magnified photo that it is a trigger of sorts, fastened to the end of the rod.

The fish will not bite if they hook them all. After reading the other limited info reviews, I didn't have high expectations of how well these would even work. According to my first impression, these are not worth the hassle of setting up and using them according to instructions. I actually like these things quite a bit after a few tweaks. Having said that, they won't hook every fish that bites, but if you're the type of fisherman who doesn't watch the rod every second it's in the water, then these will hook fish that you probably wouldn't have otherwise caught. You are supposed to place your spinning rod upside down in your rod holder, bend the rod to attach the hook setter, and then turn it upside down once more. It is not necessary to turn a baitcast rod upside down if using it for baitcasting. Basically, you need your rod guides to be facing up, as per the instructions. The things directed here are WAY TO SENSITIVE if used as directed. Walking next to them will cause it to go off just by the breeze. With the help of a light breeze, the fireworks will go It will set off an alarm if a fish even thinks about taking your bait. The bottom peg of the building could be weighted for extra stability. Hopefully, this will answer the sensitivity issue, but there are still more steps to follow in order to make these work reliably. In addition to its angle, the bank also plays a significant role in the sensitivity of a bank. I shaved off the thick section of the hook as described in another review of a similar product
Here is what I did (saw this in another review). Be sure that it is uniformly thick all the way around. By doing this, you are able to attach it to a spinning rod that is not oriented upside down within It has a lot better sensitivity as the main benefit. There is no other way to set it off than an actual fish taking your bait. How's the wind? How are you? Did you have a nibble? Activation is not possible. What's that sound? Can you hear it? It's a good idea. Don't forget that something needs to be attached to the ground to support the rope. To attach my new nails, I use a 12" 'nail' I bought for $1. A local hardware store has 25 at the time of writing. For $10, this is not bad.

It has an excellent design, their installation is simple, and they're easy to understand. That trigger is awesome! Make your own mechanism out of a coat hanger and it will beat yours! The product is great! I would purchase it again.

This is the simple truth The things I said above Our test on them was tough weather (winds at 20 mph, gusts as high as 50 mph) but they were 100 % every time they released a fish for ice fishing (what we bought them for) - which we took all the time to look for fish! I ordered more because my wife said so!.

In the end, I will give these away to friends and I invented a better hook setter based on the automatic fish hook setter

rod clips don't work well with spinning rods since they are designed to hook on top of the rod and need the guide to be below the rod rather than on top. With bait casting rods, the line guides are located on top, so they are meant to be used with bait casting rods. You will have to flip your spinning rod upside down in order to attach the string to the ground, and you will have to carry tent stakes or something similar to attach the string to the ground. It is also not balanced in your rod holder, and difficult to attach and adjust. It is difficult to keep the line taut when using them. The hook setter I am making is based off of an automatic fish hook setter that attaches to my rod and is much more efficient and free. I will give them to friends. The idea is great, but the execution is lacking.
