The app will work on a Sabiki rig. I use this in a jig hook, a lure, and a treble hook to remove the hooks.
The overall length of this essay is unknown to me. My guess is that it is about 8 inches long. On my boat in the marina, I have it on charter. That's what I've been looking for! It's built tough and gets used a lot. I've used other ones, but this one has lasted me the longest. It's 2 years old and it's been used over 400 times. There will be no disappointment for you!

The item I found for $8 is a DIY project I was going to make. The metal was not heat tempered and I did not learn about that. A GOOD NEWS FILE? It is made of strong stainless steel without being cumbersome, and it does not rust! This is the second time I used it In SWFL, I swim in the salt three times a week. The thing I love is this one. A super way to catch sea trout and an even better way to catch flies!.
It has just one j-hook. . . It is better to use a hook-style hook rather than a s-hook There is a lanyard attached to the handle, but it seems to be fixed with no ability to remove attachments. In the end, it was kinda weird that I had to tie the lanyard on like a hook at the end of a loop since neither fit through the hole. It is approximately 12" - 14" long My only hope was to find a smaller size that I could wear on my wrist for it to be comfortable It is salmon. It has a very nice grip.
Easy to use and saves a lot of time. This dehooker is excellent. This floating object floats. A solid tool for the job. Dehooking the fish is saved for the fisherman and the fish. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. As soon as they fall off, the fish drop THE ERRATUM. A friend of mine found out today that it does not float. It may not have as I thought it would. The rod is still an excellent tool for fishing. Next week I'll be receiving my reorder.
Having owned several fish removal in this basic design, I can attest that with practice any angler will be able to release unwanted catch (hardheads, dogfish, etc. ) without having to touch them. Handle and strap that are comfortable to hold.
This is my favorite tool and I use it a lot more than pliers or any other. Even a stingray was able to be caught using the technique.
very happy with the product I received as it isn't the dehooker pictured on the site (the handle is different) also it is taped strangely on the back and looks like someone stepped on it a few times. The product itself looks cheap, it's dirty, and isn't even what it's advertised as being. We are most likely going to see him again.
