It's exactly how I expected it to work. When it comes to tip ups, I like two light colors to set them apart from the rest.
There are a few more options with these than with Frabill ones, but there are two different color settings that are nice. This flag is great if you are fishing in a crowded area and need to distinguish your flag from the others. If you are not in a crowd, I would opt for the Frabill flag. They are both superior and I own both of them, but the Frabill's are simpler to install and attach to the flag.
The bad thing is that they won't float - The one we were looking for is gone!.
Upon removing the plastic battery tab from this product, I discovered not only did the batteries are corroded, but they are nonfunctional as well. These lights did not work and I was not able to use them.

I like that you can switch the colors of the lights because they work well.
My experience with them has been great. On the device, there are two different colors of light.
The overall performance was very poor. In case you weren't aware, "HT" does NOT stand for "high technology. " In spite of the fact that the lights are bright enough to be seen from over 200 yards away, they malfunction 9 out of 10 times. It is essentially pointless to use them.
