There was plenty of thread for the money I spent. Even after completing two double foot guides and one single foot guide, there is still thread left. The thread seems strong enough and appears to be.
Thread is strong and on the finer size, with easy wrapping of my rod guides. I never had to apply more tension than needed and it didn't break even when I had to apply excess pressure. I had no issues with the thread. It does the job and is priced reasonably.
The cost of shipping is $. 00. When I looked at the picture, I thought the roll was bigger.
My purpose of using it was a sleeve over my rod eye. A very strong statement.
I found it to be a great solution. This product is a good buy for me.

This is ideal for replacing guide eyes on rods that are wrapped.
It is tightly wrapped and has a flat finish. Fraying is not allowed. You should be able to color.
