It is, in fact, a three-dimensional object. on-and-off switch off- It's always on, not just for a second, and the action is nice and positive, not prone to accidental movement. It's nice to have separate LEDs for both on positions, as shown in the wiring diagram. There are two parallel pole switches (DPDT), one of which is wired as the power source for the LEDs. The LED ground is connected to the 7th pin. In contrast to incandescent lamps, LEDs require proper polarity. The switch can handle up to 24V and 10A, but the LEDs will light up nicely with as little as 5V, which pleased me. I'm switching a control signal that doesn't have a constant voltage, so I needed separate LED power taps, which were difficult to come by. One pole is dedicated to my signal line, while the other is dedicated to the LEDs.

The main image is deceiving. Two white squares with blue backlighting leds are shown. My switch came with a different cover than the one listed. br>br>I needed the switch with the cover that was listed to match the rest of my switches. The body of the switch should be correct (on-off-on-on-on- off- on) However, the seller should update the listing photo to reflect the current state of the property.
Front and rear lights on Polaris Ranger (up position - The front LED light bar is turned on, and the middle LED light bar is turned on. On the switch, the lights do not turn on. I double-checked the wiring on the switch and tested it with a different switch. The switch's action isn't as "crisp" as other switches I've used. This is a get-it-now item with a relatively low price tag. what- you- pay- If I were to buy again, I would look for a higher quality product, but for the price, the switch will do the job it was intended to do.
Switch action is solid, and the construction is solid as well. The gasket is included. I've bought a lot of these and never had a problem with the wiring diagram. I'd make another purchase.
