Is this something that would work with the Endurance 38?

I'm unsure of the year your Endurance C38 was built. You'll need to look for a parts manual for your motor on the internet. Although it appears that it does, you should double-check the manual. You don't want to waste time and money on a part that doesn't fit, and this one did.

This part appears to be the same as the one found on the Newport 55-pound models. Is there anyone who can confirm this?

I believe Newport motors are made in China, and Minnkota may be made there as well, but I can't find any information on where they are made on the internet.

If you have the serial number, you should be able to figure out what model it is. Endura C2 models can be fitted with this kit. The factory was the only one who could pass through the ser.

I'm glad I went with the 4-pack. pc set. When I started disassembling it, I discovered that the t bar was also broken. Because it had knurling on both ends, the original pin was difficult to remove. Because it is only knurled on one end, the new one is easier to insert; this is a significant improvement. I was glad to have a new pin because I had a hard time getting the old one out and it was quite scraped up. It's as good as new after a simple reassembly!.
