I went fishing today and I used this line almost all day (seven hours) and I did not have one tangle at all! I caught many bass because this line had very little memory! Another thing it does well is it's very sensitive and With it, you are sure to feel very confident.
P is if you go to it A look at Line's website reveals that it has charts with all their specifications.
novice fisherman or woman, I recommend you avoid getting fluorocarbon lines that thin and are heavy, like 6lb and 8lb, because it makes fishing harder to learn. You will be able to better control it if you get a 12 lb to 18 lb line. Fluorocarbon material behaves like monofilament line in that it has an extensive spool memory that is difficult to manage. Since braided fishing line does not have spool memory, it is easier to learn to fish with and less likely to cause headaches for beginners. My recommendation for a beginner is to learn how to use braided fishing line.
A flourocarbon that is better than any on the market is Line Tactical. The leader line I would use for bass fishing would be 10 pound test and below.

The flurocarbon line is unusually limp for a line of that material, but I decided to try it anyway. Despite the fact that this line is virtually invisible, I would never purchase it again as I like the invisibility of flurocarbon and usually use it for leaders but never main lines. This line is in fact invisible, however, I would never purchase it again due to its low return rate. Opening the bail on a spinner will cause the coils to jump off We warmed it up in the sink, we pulled it out 150 yards and left it on a warm driveway, then we dragged it for a mile behind the boat-- There is no working solution. No matter how hard you try, you cannot erase memories. The whole thing is so Unfortunately, this yarn is too stiff to cast. I have gone back to braiding.
Use the 10 lb for fishing with finesse. Even though it's a bit stiff, it's durable and strong, and it holds The leader line in combination with braid has worked really well for me. As a leader material it works great where there are rocks, heavy grass, and pike waters. I can't speak to it as a main line, but I have tested it extensively.
In Washington, I use flourocarbon line only as a leader material, and this specific brand makes a superior product. I tie it with a double uni knot to my braid. I tried the 20 lb and it was just right for salmon fishing. The fish can be ridden in with enough power, and it does not fray at all. During my fishing trip, I caught twenty fish The leader didn't break once on me while I was fishing 30 salmon.
Despite that, there appears to be a lot of spool memory on this. I have trouble reeling in the fluoro line every time I cast with it because it gets tangled up in the loops of the rod and my fingers get caught in it while operating the rod. Apart from that, the tee is very strong and lasted even after a fish that it was not rated for ate it. Sadly, I have to change it because I do a lot of casting offshore. It doesn't make sense to have spool memory in the heat of the.
There was a considerable difference between what I anticipated and what it was. There's nothing to worry about. was expecting it to be significantly more malleable than flourocarbon lines I've used in the past. Not so. It still seems like line twist and memory are more pronounced than regular mono, so I switched back to Stren lo-fi The P-vis green mono is for general use and the vis green mono will be for special situations This line is for leaders only.
Today I used the 12lb version. There is no drag on the line as it comes off the reel smoothly and the reel casts and handles Knot strength is not an issue, superb sensitivity. It is only their choice of a 200 foot spool that needs to be criticized. Using most of the sizes I use, I can only get one filled spool and can only throw away the excess line. On their standard flouro spool, I can get two filled spools and I don't have to throw away much line.
At first, it seemed okay (it sinks faster than mono, which i wanted), but then it became very difficult to keep it tangle-free. This mono works well for spinning reels, but it maintains loops too much for mono, which is a nuisance for tying on. My usual shot for LMB is a drop shot. I would go back to mono or braided with.
Buying a spool of bamboo for my grandson, as well as a spool of fluorocarbon-tube A coated object will be provided to him for comparison. It kept snapping, he said, when he used the PLine fluorocarbon. Besides being cheaper, the coated line was preferred by him. We won't be purchasing the more expensive PLine again.
