There's a lot of it!! br>I used it for my spin n glos (salmon/chinook), but for those low vis/blow out days, you could definitely get away with something heavier. I usually fish in areas with medium to high visibility, so I chose this over heavier Fluor or even mono). br>I used 24in leaders and didn't use spreader bars, so there was almost never a tangle. I was extremely dissatisfied with the line! The line was rigged for a fishing trip and was quickly removed when we returned. The line had a lot of memory and a worn-out feel to it. I would not recommend this line.
Only time will tell whether or not the test was successful. It worked fine when I loaded it onto a single reel. It keeps springing off (spinning reels) if you put it on another reel. This is a line I'm not familiar with. I'll keep you updated.
So I went on the hunt for the toughest monofilament or something similar on the internet. I chose the CXX as the best type of line I could find. I've been fishing with the line for about a month and haven't broken off a single fish in that time. If line strength is important to you, this is an excellent product. It doesn't have a lot of memory, but that's the price you have to pay for supreme tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
