There is no doubt about it. Making walleye harnesses with it has proved very effective since it is very hard to break. The last week I took this rod, I broke less than four hooks and zero leaders and I caught a few muskies that were at least 30 inches.
Selected User Reviews For Seaguar Blue Label 100-Yards Fluorocarbon Leader 20-Pounds
I've been using it for years to protect myself from the sun. My 10 year old has been using this for years and I never complain about it We have abrasion-resistant leaders that cover 20 feet below powerpro mainline in many weights as well. Whenever I fish salmon or carp, I use 8 lb with 10 lb PP mainline. For salmon, I keep my LC's loaded with 50 lb PP and use 20-lb PP mainline. The Seaguar fights off rocks zebra mussels with a 25 pound weapon. In my opinion, leadcore is not invincible, but it's a lot better than anything I've used before and gives a more subtle presentation than it does.
Use it every.
