Redington VICE Fly Fishing Outfit - Fly Rod & Reel Combo

Only a year has passed since I first purchased this combo. When I first started doing it, I had no problems, but soon I noticed the first large ferrule started slipping. I even had difficulties when I inserted the male into the female ferrule and did a quarter turn as instructed and it kept slipping off even after I did it like it should. Now, both female and male ferrules are split, and I fear that they can no longer be repaired. It has been closed since Redington was repaired. It is impossible for me to use this fly rod since it is broken. There has never been a problem with another Redington fly rod I own. There's someone else I can try.

I love the rod, but I don't like the reel. As a whole, you've got no reason not to like I have updated As I reeled in a fish, the rod's top section broke off.

Since I have become more experienced, I suggest that even someone who begins fly fishing pick and choose rods, reels, and lines separately. Even if you have to spend a few extra dollars to do this. Plastic is used as a reel and this rod is heavy and stiff. There is no value for money in this.

There was pretty much nothing I did not like about this setup. I was left very satisfied with how smoothly the ID reel worked and how much better it was To compare it to, I may have been so impressed with the reel because I have a Bean Streamlight outfit to compare it to. There is a significant difference between the ID reel and the Streamlight reel the ID reel features a disk drag, while the Streamlight reel used a click drag. Having an affordable rod and reel for such a great price was the Vice package.

I am in love with As a fly fisher, I am somewhat of a beginner. We're starting to see and feel a difference in the rod weight, action, and so on with the shuttle. This is a really good deal for the price. I suppose you can pay much more if you like but I don't see any reason why. The fishing is very good, great setup out of the box, catches a lot of I've watched many reviews on YouTube of this rod, and they're all fairly accurate. My opinion is that this is a great rod and reel for the price. Thanks for reading.

The 5WT Orvis encounter is a great product. I have been fishing steelhead with it for some time and decided to switch to steelhead. The 8wt 9' was a good buy for me. This weapon is as smooth as butter. With a basic overhead cast, it easily travels 20 yards, provides accurate feedback and is very accurate throughout. The rod offers a similar level of comfort to its more expensive counterparts like a Sage or a I liked the look of this 8 oz but found it to be heavier than some other brands. I got this reel because its silky, its drag is amazing for its price range, and it has a robust and well-made feel to it. For less than $300, this is a fantastic setup that will not let you down. Buying this was a good choice.

took the rod fishing the other day after purchasing it, assembling it, and taking it fishing. When there was hardly any activity, I caught a nice little rainbow trout. It would be useful if I could catch fish with it. I like it because it has magic!.
