This should be stated clearly in the description if the garments are designed to stick over coats, etc. This annoys me even more because they won't be available until next spring or summer.
He is 6ft and 375lbs, so the 4x fits him just perfect!.
It has been my dream to have one of these for years, but I was unable to get one at the local The Amazon link worked, so I tried it There it was in plain sight. I know I will be able to use it well since it is well-made. This is a medium sized jacket (as stated) to go over hoodies or sweaters, but we can live with that- In this case, it is appropriate.
Essentially, I really like it and I'd have liked to have had another one of Cabela's vests, but I needed to replace it. This vest is excellent in every way. The only improvement I would make would be the zipper. It is a fine toothed zipper that does its job, but I just feel a vest like this should have a stronger zipper.
Got it for a pheasant hunt. I think that it will work as well for dove and duck hunts. It is very roomy only downfall is that there is no way to completely open the back of it to clean it.
Purchasing this product is a smart move. There is a little bit of a size difference. It's normal for me to wear a large but medium-fitting jacket with a light color.
It has plenty of room underneath for my grandson to wear a jacket to keep warm. The product seems to be well made and sturdy. It's great because there are pockets and the game pouch is easily accessible on the front.
The information I was looking for is exactly what I wanted. Although oversized, I wanted one that I could wear over my winter layers, as the temperature outside first time out was 3 below zero, so I put on a lot of layers that day. I found this to be a good piece of equipment, sturdy and comfortable to hold birds.
