My husband and I are very pleased with this vest, and we plan on using it as a layering piece for a hunt next month. I expected it to fit exactly as it did. My size is a Large in almost every brand, and this fits true to size. It has just enough room that I can wear a fleece or hoodie under it, but it is snug enough that it can be worn just with an undershirt and not look bulky. Because I tend to carry my cell phone and my calls on my chest so they are easy to access, I really like that the jeans have two chest pockets. Vests usually only have one pocket on each side of their body. Handwarmer pockets also come in various sizes and are My overall impression of this vest is that it is well made and versatile, and that it does everything I need it to do. It's a very good product and I'm very satisfied with it.
This was a gift for a hunt in a deer stand and I did not know what to expect but it turned out to be well made, a great layer under a jacket in mild or cold weather, and has some even zip-up pockets.
