My new rain pants are the most breathable I've ever worn, and they keep me dry for a long time. Strong winds aren't as well stopped by them as they are by nylon rain pants, but that's not surprising since they breathe. Even though they feel like they were made out of paper, they are surprisingly sturdy. There are a few points I'd like to correct in terms of their packing, but they're minor.
