When I tried to pull the string on one of these, the string broke on the second What should I do if it needs to be ?

You need to get it replaced with the seller you bought it from. There should not have been an incident like that. The device still works for me after several years of ownership.

What do you think about a killer instinct fierce crossbow 405? In the event that it turns out to be hard to pull back, will it actually make it easier?

If you are unsure whether you can use rope like this, please check with the manufacturer of your crossbow. You can use the cocker device to reduce the draw weight of your crossbow by 50% if you have it. The force that you need to exert to cock the crossbow will be reduced significantly as a result.

There should be no problems using it with your crossbow because it is universal.

What are the compatibility issues with CenterPoint crossbows?

There are literally no limits to what this rope cocker can do for bows. In addition to retracting neatly in a pouch with a belt clip, it is also package with a pouch that folds up. Rope cocker's holster has a loose belt clip, which is the only thing I don't like about it. I would be very careful when using this pouch because it is not very well made. As far as the rope cocker is concerned, that has nothing to do with it, so I can't take any points away for it since it'd be unfair. However, I would rather have it in my pocket than around my neck like I had to before I found it. My rope cocker works great on the Barnett Recruit Terrain Crossbow. The only thing I do not understand is why the descriptions say that this rope cocker makes cocking the rope 50% easier, but I do not see the difference between the regular cocker and this rope This will result in one Star being taken away. A brief update The chocker I have been using for about a week now works about 50% of the time. When I have my crossbow on fire and I use it to get back to safety, it doesn't work that often and the reason for that is not something wrong with the chocker. Hit or miss, that's the way it is. The CB I'm using for it is a Barnett Terrain Recruit. I use the original cocker and it never fails, but 50% of the time it does not work and 50% of the time it should be on safety, but it does not move forward There will be times when it will work, and there will be times when it won't. Right now it is at a 2 since I do not know if my device is defective or not, so I give it a 2 for now because it operates only half of the time. If it were to work consistently, I would The following update is available My first one may have been damaged, so I bought another one. Not at all. Despite all my efforts, it's not broken because I even pulled it apart and tied a new knot on the inside, like the instructions instruct you to do if you have a shorter cocking device. My original cocking device and these devices both have the same characteristics, but I got the same results from both. There are times when it works, and there are times when There is no way to know if the CT is reliable if the CT is not a "Ten Point". Using a Barnett Terrain Recruit, the acurope should work perfectly for my cb, but it only works fifty percent of the time. This cocking device is best suited for people with a 10 point cb, and I really cannot recommend it to anyone else. It really disappoints me because it could have been so much more. You're probably a fan of this cocker if you have a 10 point corner, but if you don't you might find it frustrating. My Barnett Terrain Recruit CB does not support this cocker. I have tried many different things to get this thing to work but to no avail. In any event, I love my cb and will not be giving it up soon, so the cocker will be a secondary at best, not a primary. The pouch that came with the cocker is a joke as well. With that clip, you're never going to be able to keep that thing on your belt. It is so loose I would not recommend it unless it is for home storage. You will lose the cocker if you fail to be careful when using it. In case there's anyone out there who is using this cocker with a Barnett CB, please let me know what I'm doing wrong. I really want this to work with my Barnett. It is Bryan who sends emails to me. Please email Yu@icloud. com. My goal is to make this rope cocker work, and any feedback would be appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you!.

THE BELT CLIP POUCH IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! The retractable cord on this purchase is one of the features I really appreciate, as it keeps the cable well mannered as opposed to others that get tangled
3/5

My belt clip, on the other hand, is worthless and I never used When I went to cock my crossbow on my very first hunt, I clipped the pouch on my belt, but it wasn't there. For $60, the clip should be well-made to not lose the item the very first time you use it. THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT NEED TO IMPROVE THE BELT CLIP UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE. I do know where you can find the item, and if you really want it, you should spend $60 on it first, then decide if you ought to spend another $60 on it. The pouch might be worthless if TenPoint replaces it for me for free, but if they do, I will eliminate it from my possession.

Without it, I wouldn't be able to function
5/5

In order for this new crossbow to work, I would have to use some type of rope cocker. Though I was a little leery of just having something on the stock of a crossbow, I considered the Acudraw 52 from TenPoint. Earlier this week I went to the BassPro store near me, just because I was interested in getting my hands on a Wicked Ridge crossbow with the Acudraw 52. It was a good thing, since if you didn't get the magnets lined up just right, the handles would vibrate against the stock whenever you moved the crossbow and it made a lot of noise when it was mounted. It turns out TenPoint offers the Acudraw rope cocker that you simply carry on your belt. This is the kind of tool you can't do without. It makes it a lot easier to keep the crossbow cocked by pulling the string evenly from both sides. I still need to use the rope cocker in order to cock the crossbow, but I couldn't even handle it without it. The amount of energy required is claimed to be reduced by 50%, and I would agree. It's wonderful how the rope retracts into the handles when you're done so that it can easily be put in your pouch or pocket when not in use.

I like the rope, but the case is terrible
3/5

I like how it works, it is flawless in its execution and has an excellent It is a thin case that I review. There is a magnetic flap on the back made of a cheap fabric. It seems like it would be a great feature for easy access, but it actually makes it difficult to lose the On the first day of hunting season, these were the first to be used, and by the end of the day, they were gone. Because of their terribly cheap case, I only had the chance to use them once before they broke. It's true that I have a lot of TenPoint products, but I expected better. In order to take advantage of this rope, I strongly recommend placing it in a more secure case, something with a clasp rather than one that is.

I love how it works! With this device, it's literally as easy as putting hooks on the string and standing up to pull 165 pounds back
5/5

I had a hard time pulling 165lbs back, but with the device, it's easy as just standing up with the hooks on.

This is a crossbow rope cutter
5/5

A rope cocker is a necessity for anyone shooting a crossbow without a cranking device. I love the design from start to finish! When you're using a rope cocker, it takes time to get straight even if you've been shooting for quite some time. With the Acurope the rope diameter is much smaller and it's less likely to loose direction. With this rope cocker, it pulls much smoother and doesn't stress the serving to the same extent. Additionally, it comes with a cool pouch that has a belt loop on it. This way, it is right in your face and easy to reach even more so if you are shooting from the stand for a second time.

This is not recommended for use on sled cocking systems without the usual jerry-rigged attachments A rigging job
3/5

I was unable to use this item without a sled on my reverse cam Horton crossbow. Nevertheless, my crossbow began to function properly after I removed the hooks it came with, and I was able to restring the sled my crossbow came with onto the retractor handles.
