Questions & Answers
Yes, these inserts are compatible with 400 spine carbon arrows.
I shoot compound bow arrows and they work great for added weight, so I need to know the inside diameter of your bolt. Trim down to your ideal weight.
A total of 75 grains can be obtained by breaking off 25 grains. On the back end, there aren't any threads. br>I installed them with hot melt craft glue, and after hundreds of shots, none have come loose.

These will most likely fit the smaller shaft arrows from the past. Even though they're carbon, the diameter of the ones I have is about the same as a 2219. That's not possible with these. br>They appear to be exactly as described and of excellent quality, but double-check that they are compatible with your system.
Inserts are of good quality and are accurate in weight. I installed them with craft hot glue and they haven't come loose yet.
Edit: After a while of using these inserts, I've discovered that if your arrow collides with something hard, the bottom section of the insert breaks loose and rattles around inside your arrow. As a result, I don't advise using them any longer.
Great quality, perfect fit for my shafts, and the ability to adjust the weight by simply snapping off the back with my nock pliers allowed me to customize the overall arrow weight and F. in the range I'd like I'm going to buy more.
The item arrived in perfect condition. On my digital scale, I weighed each one, and they were all with. 02 grains are within 0. 002 millimeters of one another. I loaded these into a set of Victory Decimator 500 Spine carbon arrows and went 3D shooting with them. I was able to use a standard 100 grain field point instead of ordering 200 grain field points after installing these in my arrows. When using hot glue to secure them in your arrow shafts, the checkering finish on these ensures a strong hold. I shot hundreds of arrows and only had one insert pull out (when I accidentally shot into a stump). I'd buy these again and recommend them to anyone who wants to fine-tune their arrows and try out different arrow tip weights.
They weighed 108g each to begin with, not just one, but all 12. They snap cleanly and consistently when the 25g end is snapped off to make it 75g (actually 79g). It would be nice if the knurling was a little finer, but it's fine. Overall, if you have an accurate scale to check weights, this is a good buy.
I used it in my arrows and it worked perfectly.
These inserts add weight to my carbon express arrows, which I use for hunting. They're simple to install, and the field tip and broad heads are compatible with the inserts.
Adding weight for FOC is a fantastic way to do so.
