In addition to not shooting them into wood, where the heads embed themselves, another great idea is to not shoot them into solid objects. A reviewer complained about the heads flying off all the time, but all he's doing is shooting into a piece of plywood! You will damage your bolts if you shoot your crossbow bolts or crossbow pistol bolts with sufficient strength to hurt a piece of plywood. I think COMMON SENSE should dictate that.
It is time to re-evaluate Bolts snap and wear out quicker than black bolts, and the tips bend and warp over time. Aluminum bolts are for longer range use them a distance away from your target, or they will snap if you got too close to it.
Hard woods tend to be softer than soft woods. The answer is probably Since it is made of plastic, you can probably expect it to bounce off of a hard wood and break the bolt or get deformed.
During the widest part of the shaft, it measures 3/8th inch long, 5/8th inch wide, and 2 inches long at the fletchings and 7/8 inch long at the field tip. These arrows are way better than aluminum ones by a long shot. Since they are faster, we have not broken a single one yet, and we have shot about 100 of them. It was my hope that this would help

There is great consistency when it comes to darts. A pattern that holds so well at 30' has lost some of its details With my glock, I couldn't hold a tighter pattern. With the springfield, I was able to hold a tighter pattern. Stacking resulted in the loss of a few. The stacking process alone seems to have caused all the losses to breakage except for the high density foam. If you feel like you break when you hit trees or wood, you may want to avoid hitting hard stuff. A plastic bag is a plastic bag. There are several different offerings of metal shaft darts that I have purchased. The majority of the pens have plastic insert quills which snap off quite easily, while the majority have crimped on tips that can be easily removed. Although some may scoff at the range of my rifle, I will always use my compound if I was aiming at something at a greatly extended distance. My goal is mostly to have some fun. However, I pity the rabbit that nibbles my plants in my garden. He might end up staying for dinner anyway. Hasenpfeffer is one of my favorite authors.
The pros are This is a great way to keep a supply of cheap ammo on hand for those times when you're almost certain to lose them (e. g. , in the rain). Hunting varmints in the back 40, for example). The cons are * The quality is inconsistent, so they are not as accurate as they could be. Most of the time (though not always) they get along fairly well within a few yards. However, the rest is up to your own interpretation YMMV
They are also not very durable. Several of the targets I've shot so far (probably about 20%) have broken on the first try. About 50% of the bullets (see accuracy above) have broken when they're directed at something other than their intended target. The best part of these sets is that they aren't fragile like Nerf ammo and are great for playing and not worrying about losing. For a product that you can use repeatedly and with good accuracy, look for something that is a little more expensive. You may want to try somewhere else.
For my 80 pound xbow pistol, I have these. There is a possibility that the point can break on hard targets. Honesty, I don't know which way to lean. In any case, it doesn't JUST BREAK. A simple slip of the tongue takes place. There is no need to replace the points if you are inclined to loctite them back in the way they were, It is not a toy, as someone pointed out in an earlier post. My hard-earned knowledge of this came through trial and error. Inside my house, I inadvertently fired this. My pistol's aim may have been a bit off, but the bullet struck my metal front door high and left a nice size hole in it. I would say that there was a good view from about 10 yards away. There must be at least 5" of penetration through whatever metal that door is made of. Are they made of steel or Honestly, I didn't think it was worth taking anymore and then my parents weren't These bolts are deadly, so I guess this is true. Oh, heh, heh.
My opinion is that these are the best bolts to shoot from 50 yards The crossbows can weigh up to 80 lbs. In contrast to aluminum fins with plastic fins, they are more economical, fly straighter, shoot more efficiently, and have a better shot group.
The tanks are plastic rather than aluminum, but they do fly true as well as being sturdy and durable. Sharp tips are present on the tips. This type of plastic bolt doesn't dull easily either. Not only do they fly faster, but their tips are not as easily dulled. That is because the bolt does not have the additional weight of the aluminum behind it, when it makes contact with the bottle. The only issue I encountered was when one bolt snapped off at the fletchings when fired at a So, I am calling that a fluke. I have shot it about 100 times with these bolts since then and it has never happened again.
They are worth the money, long lasting, and high quality. The weight of the rifle makes it a good training gun or for hunting small game such as rabbits. Bolts that are tough. The things hold up even after I beat the crap out of them. My little brother and I are so happy with these that I purchased a crossbow pistol, along with these bolts and a target to go with it. It is likely that I will purchase my third batch of these My large target needs more bolts, so I bought more targets. In time, I figure I will have enough bolts to last a six pack. Next, all I have to do is clean out the target every now and then. That should take care of 300 bolts. I have 150 that I have Definitely don't shoot these at cars because the bolt will be broken.
I gave them 2 stars for durability because they did not come apart when impact occurred. However, I did not see any point in shooting them again because I expected them to be more durable.
For target practice, these are decent, and they are very accurate with their There is only one problem these are made of plastic, and metal tips do come off the shaft and break the plastic shaft edges. When you get lucky the metal tip will come off easily using the shaft. You can reattach it as soon as you remove the metal tip. Despite its relatively low durability, this is one of the best value buys you can get at this.
