Extra blades were available with my stripper when I bought it
It is a pity, but we do not ship to your location anymore
If you use wooden arrows, this will work. allow you to reuse the feathers if that's what you'd like to do, but it won't allow you to reuse them more than once.
It has not gone as well as you expected. You must scrub it off to remove the sticky residue it leaves behind. Using a heat gun on low should be the best way to heat the wrap, as it will peel right off regardless of whether the vanes are still attached

Is well-suited to the job. In order to remove the glue and damaged feather vane, I removed the damaged synthetic feather vane. You cannot rush this process. There will be a growing pain in your carbon arrows if you are I'm not saying that each vane should be examined for five minutes. You don't have to rush it, but don't let yourself get rushed. Could it possibly take 45 seconds? This is for a vane 4" in diameter. I have only one complaint about this, though As you take one off, it does rub the other vanes. If you have real feather vanes, you might want to consider that.
My technical knowledge is good, and I am able to follow technical guides, but this a challenging tool to use. Fortunately I did not damage my arrow shafts when I dug into one of them. The majority of the fletchings (silicon vanes) from the factory installed speakers failed to be removed cleanly. My x- turned out to be the right choice Left-overs should be acted upon by the blade. If I have better results this time, I will update this post. I need to repair some arrows soon.
The stripping of fletching is made easy with this. This is not great for people who are left handed. There's no reversible option in this case, which I thought was the case. I still manage to use it but it makes me uncomfortable.
Getting glue off of arrows is made really easy with this method. Redesigning our website was part of our recent decision Fletching our own arrows is something we do every day, and I bought this because a review of the fletch pro tool highly recommended it. In this case, we do not remove the fletching directly, but rather use it to remove glue from it. keeps the shaft of the arrow from being scratched and gets rid of all glue. As the arrow is fletched, it makes it very easy for it to be prepared. The product was well worth buying, I suggest you buy it.
It is well worth the price. My favourite fletching stripper out of all the ones I've seen and It transforms what was previously a task into an easy, fast one. I have not tested this on wood or carbon arrows, but I am confident it will work extremely well all of them, provided that it is used correctly. In order for it to work, it should be held at a certain angle, but its design makes that a simple task. Despite requiring considerably less force, it is also much more efficient than the traditional single bevel-cutting method The shaft is almost completely clean after a single pass with this blade knife. Worked well when used with Bohning Fletching Tape as well. wish you could replace the blade sooner rather than later. It will eventually wear out, but that's the only criticism I can offer.
My only regret is that I spent so many years stripping arrows by hand using an exact knife. . . I guess I'm just too old. As a result of this stripper, it is much easier to fully strip feathers or vanes without any damaging the finish of the arrow.
It is easy to remove old fletchings. The carbon fiber shaft is liable to gouge if angled at too great an angle You need to take your time to produce high quality results.
So far, I've replaced just a few fletchings with it, but so far it's worked well. Whether the blade will remain sharp for an extended period of time depends on repetition and time.
