Because the shorts are built in, I can bend over easily and the shorts are integrated, even though there is a shorter style. The black version is on its way A large is the size I wear in pants and I wear a 10/12 in tops. As it fits and seems fine, but it is a little large at the waist, so I will go for black in Medium and since it's stretchy, I think it will work for me. I don't think this is a thin material like other reviews claimed. In fact, it is a little heavy Workout shorts and bicycle shorts are made from the same material.
