NovaCaddy Remote Control Electric Golf Trolley Cart, Silver, Lead Acid Battery

The item is from OOT Golf and I purchased it from them. It was a pleasure doing business with you! After I did not receive the battery with the shipment, I contacted the seller. They responded immediately and said they had shipped a separate battery via USPS (for U. S. The buyer). Batteries are shipped separately because they are considered hazardous materials. Based on the reviews I read, I ordered the lead acid battery because I read that a heavier battery would balance the cart better. It made sense to me, and I believe that it is Last night I played my first round (of hopefully many more to come) with it. We were very happy with how the cart worked. The comments I got on it, not only from my foursome, but also from others on the course, were lots. All the people who saw it and I had to talk about it for a good 10 to 15 minutes. Answering their questions to the best of my ability, the one thing that they kept mentioning was the price, which I believe this to be the best product out there for the price. As a result of my research, there are some carts that are going for nearly twice what I paid. The cart worked great and I put it through its paces (or at least as much as I could on the course I was on) with no tipovers. Even though I pushed it up hills (never more than 25% grade, as is recommended) and over tree roots and through the occasional bit of water (not a lot), it performed without any problems. best thing about the Nova Caddy is that you can travel pretty far from it and bring it with you wherever you need it. My distance was never greater than 75 to 100 yards, and the device worked well for me. takes a little practice to master, but I only think it takes a few minutes. One recommendation I have is to always keep the remote with you - whether it's to ensure you don't lose it, to make sure you don't overlook the stop button, or to make sure you don't have to chase the Anyone who wants to prevent back and knee pain at the end of an 18 hole round should take advantage of this product. There is a problem with this Novacaddy S2R. As a result of overheating, the control box shuts down. I sent emails to the service people in Markham, but did not receive a response. Their lack of care for their customers tells me that they don't value them. A speed control on the handle needed to be replaced. I am VERY dissatisfied!.
