I play at least four times each week in the Arizona sun during summer. There is plantar fasciitis in my foot, bunions in both feet and hammer toes in my toes. The very best golf sandals I've ever owned are these ones. I've tried several other brands, and these are by far the best. There are Velcro straps on the toe, heel, and top of the shoe. It has a soft sole, similar in material to Crocs, and it's a lot more comfortable than you might expect. The only two colors I could find were these and these and I loved them both My first purchase was navy and taupe (black is back ordered until November), then I invested in another pair of each color. The inside is easy to clean with soap and water (or Clorox and a toothbrush) You may have to scrub those spots that are really muddy with a scrub brush. My favourite part is that I almost think I'm going to wear these sandals everyday! The size 8 that I normally wear is usually my normal size. The size 8 fits perfectly, and since these came in only whole sizes, I think it's a good compromise!.
Skechers Golf Sandals were on my wish list since they arrived recently. I was so excited to get my new pair. During my first round of golf and wearing them, the grass was still damp from water from them. They were very comfortable in the house, but I did notice that they soaked up some sweat. As a matter of fact, I hadn't even considered wearing sandals when I chipped out of the sand. I ended up in a lot of sand! As soon as the second hole was completed, I had to remove them. My shoes were so tight that I couldn't keep them on, but my feet still It should have come with plenty of straps to allow me to tighten them more thoroughly since I have wide feet. Although I could not get the straps to hang over, they were as tight as I could get them. As a result, I had to return the items. The only time I would wear these is when it is very hot and my feet sweat. It seems like a great idea to me. This was the first time I was able to wear them while golfing.
