It is a breakthrough that the spike pattern and the design of the sole extend outside the spikes. You will notice that your swing is very stable. There are many flaws in the tongue design. On top of the tongue material is a fold that rubs on the top of the For someone like me who walks a lot, this is annoying. The 9th of January is the most recent update. It is very difficult to wear socks with wet grass, so I returned my second pair as the water leaches from the wet grass into the These were something I wanted, but as you know, if you play golf, you cannot play with your feet wet.
I purchased these to replace a prior pair of Footjoy DNA basketball shoes that I had loved for about three years. As far as quality goes, these are nowhere near as good. I am a golfer who takes exceptional care of the equipment I use. When I took it out for my first round, I noticed a scuff and the top coating had peeled off. The first time I had done it, I thought it was my fault, but now that I've played 5 games I'm sure I'm not to blame There are a number of peeling scuffs in the shoes after six rounds of play. There are significant differences between these and the Footjoy shoes I usually expect from them in terms of durability and I would advise anyone not to buy this generation of shoe. As soon as three weeks have passed I have had four pairs of FootJoys over the past decade, all of which I have really enjoyed. I will likely be switching brands in the spring after this disappointing experience. The other reviewers in this thread are correct that they tend to run a little narrow, especially in the pinky toe area, so if you decide to purchase, be aware of that fact. My foot seems to have grew out of this after the first few rounds so now fits well. However, I held them up to the same size and width Footjoy DNAs that I already own, and the difference was pretty marked.
When it comes to my running shoes, I'm a standard width. It was so narrow, so I decided to go with an 2X wide. It is a bit closer, but the extra width has made the 10 wider. There is a problem with size 5. At the moment, I am trying to get a 10 2X wide and see if it will work. There are too many narrow golf shoes on the market at the moment. Why this is the case I don't know, but it is The 10 2xwide fit nicely as soon as I received it. Thank you. Again, I say The Asic GT2000 10 is the normal model I wear. It's no bother for me to run about 20 miles a week on the 5 and don't have any issues.
Over the years, footjoy golf shoes have always been my number one favorite. The products they make are usually excellent. While these shoes look good, they are ankle breaker. On the left shoe, the raised ankle support is covered with dried blood, because the skin has worn off in that area as a result of rubbing. After wearing them a few times, I doubt that I will be able to return them. It looks like we'll be adding them to the shelf or trashing them. I am so sorry!.
Golf is one of my favorite past times. I play between four and seven rounds a week. I am glad I invested in these shoes because they are awesome. The difference between my first round (fresh out of the box with no break-in period) and my next round is noticeable. It is very comfortable and I love the wider cleat base which helps to stabilize your feet on long drive. There are other colors that I would like, as I would purchase more if they came in other colors.
It is the first FJ I have ever worn. A review that is honest. The pros include *Pros sports look, good materials, good colors, true to size, lightweight *Cons no pockets * The shoes are not the most comfortable, the price is high, and they don't last very long. But it is a good looking shoe. Walking is a good choice if you are Once the arch support is lost, you're not going to get much more than 20 rounds from these. In my opinion, a shoe should be worth a lot more than 200 dollars. The comfort level is not as good as that of other shoe brands.
As a previous Footjoy shoe owner, I purchased size 13W for this specific model based on my experience with other Footjoy shoes. Despite the fact that this shoe fits long, playing in it causes discomfort.
A wide shoe makes me feel more comfortable, and I love the option of ordering a wide shoe. I really like the style of these shoes, and they break in very well from the first wear. If you were to ask me what size I usually wear, I would say The 11s are a little loose, but still acceptable. I bought a 5, and they are a little loose, too.
