Only a number six iron was given to me. When I called the customer service line, I was told that I should have only received one club because the package only lists one quantity. I would not suggest it.
Someone has already enjoyed a pleasant summer of golf with these 'like new' clubs, which are marred by scuffs from the driving range mats. They appear to work, but they aren't in 'Like New' condition.
This is a golf set, not a decorative item that you open, then return because you don't like the way it looks. The clubs' description claims that they have an ECHO Damping system that reduces harsh vibrations, but this is not true. Someone must now remove the plastic wrapping from the heads and take a few shots with it in order to verify this. What other way is there to make sure it's true? br>It's impossible to test the ECHO Damping system without firing a few shots with the clubs, and that's not considered "used. " What other way is there to check the product description's authenticity? Second, you can't call an item returnable if the customer is responsible for the cost of the return. This is a false claim.
It took some getting used to, but after adjusting my swing and ball placement in my stance, I found these clubs to be extremely forgiving for a beginner golfer like myself. These clubs will serve me well for a long time and were a wise investment.
The set didn't come with the 7 iron, a receipt, or a barcode label on any of the clubs. It appeared as if the club had been taken away. I attempted to contact Taylormade, but they were unable to assist me. br>br>Amazon had to send me a completely new set just to remove the 7iron and return the rest. br>br>Excellent clubs, but the entire experience did not appeal to me.
It didn't get through. This is the second time in a row that this has happened to me.
I've had these irons for a few weeks and I'm really happy with them. It took a couple of rounds to get used to them, but they're now fantastic. I do seem to hit a little further with these than I did with my previous set. I had to drop a club on my shots; instead of using an 8 iron, I now use a 9, and so on. They're also hitting a little straighter and seem to be more tolerant of off-strikes. I would strongly suggest it.
These clubs, particularly the wedges and 8-irons, are extremely versatile. 10-grams of iron They should have come with golf prince's tour because they were only 15 yards away. I'm going to get wrap grips next spring.
