They do. It's not a rubber bead around the waist; instead, it's rubber letters spelling out "UNDER ARMOR." That'll be the end of the sticky stuff. For me, it works well.
I have two pairs, one made in the Philippines and the other in the United States.
I'm not sure what they're made of, but it's most likely not nylon or cotton. They're made of the quick-drying Unset Armour material. I own three pairs of these wonderful shorts.

I liked the stretchy material and how well these shorts fit (note that they are cut a little small). They do, however, have one major flaw that none of the reviews mentioned. Larger items fall out of the front pockets when sitting because they are too short. When I sit down, for instance, my wallet barely stays in place, but my Samsung S7 Edge phone falls out. This, in my opinion, is a major flaw in otherwise excellent shorts, and I am returning them. I'm not sure if this is true of all Under Armour shorts, but it hasn't happened to any of my other shorts.
I always enjoy the fabric that Under Armour uses in their golf apparel because it is so comfortable. These are made of a soft, stretchy material that moves with you and lets you move freely without becoming tangled. I usually wear a 34 waist in shorts, but I ordered a 36 and they fit perfectly, so I'd say they run slightly small.
They're incredibly relaxing to wear. They're not heavy, but they're well-made. The shorts have a slight stretch to them, allowing you to move around freely while wearing them. BONUS: They make my butt look like two hams in a fight for survival!.

These are so long, with an 11" inseam, that they appear to be high-rise. Anyone under the age of 6'3 should avoid the water. The quality, however, is excellent, and the waist fits perfectly.
These shorts disappointed me because they were shorter in length and had a tighter fit around the legs. I'm not sure why UA changed the shorts; it doesn't make any sense to me. I preferred the waistband; I own the pants and adore them.

They're not the dorky kind of "sansabelt" pants from the 1970s, but they have a very slight elastic that makes them super comfortable while golfing or doing any type of exercise. br>br>.
I only wear these shorts when I go golfing, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They fit perfectly, are extremely light, and breathable. They have a nice look to them, and while they aren't the cheapest shorts, they are well worth the money in my opinion. I only play golf once or twice a week, but when I do, I want to be as relaxed as possible.
