I'm 6'1" and weigh 200 pounds, and I'm wearing a size large. For me, it is a good fit. There is no lining in this bag. Lightweight windbreaker-style pullover that can be dressed up with slacks and a collared shirt.
I would suggest going up a size from your usual size.
3xl. They're a tad smaller than you'd expect.
This item comes in a small package. My husband is 178 pounds, 5'10" tall, and wears a 32/33 waist pants size. To go from a medium to a large, he had to change his order. The sleeves and chest of the Tgg hv medium were extremely tight.

Deep pockets, to be sure. This is a beautiful shade. It's not too heavy. It's a perfect fit, and the design is fantastic! This is possibly my favorite item from them thus far! I haven't even "broken it in" yet, and I am already a fan. The pockets zip up and are pleasantly deep, making it ideal for running, fishing, or simply wearing out on a cool day. I assume there is a zipper on the right side of the waist to allow extra air in to keep you cool? For those extra chilly days, there's a drawstring around the same spot on the left to tighten it up around the waist. And, like a fishing shirt, it has vents on the back of the shoulders. If you're looking for a lightweight jacket to wear on a daily basis, this is the one to get.
They're ultra-lightweight and excellent windbreakers. He took both on a 22-day trip to Europe in October, and he wore them almost every day, especially while relaxing on the river boat's sun deck in the breeze. Because they don't crease easily, they're ideal for travel. He also uses them on the golf course. The pockets are deep, zippered, and zippered. The hem has a cord that can be pulled tighter for a more secure fit (which is especially useful in strong winds). It's convenient to have a side zipper. He stands 6'2" tall with a long torso and a slender build. The medium size is appropriate. They've held up well in the wash, and the burgundy one hasn't faded. This is a product that I strongly recommend. br>br>UPDATE My husband gave it to me yesterday to wear in a golf tournament that took place in 35 mph wind gusts and in the middle of the day. Our visors were blown off as the temperature dropped to 50 degrees. It was worn over a bulky golf sweater and a long-sleeved golf polo. My height is 5'8" and my arms are long. It kept the wind at bay, and it's so light that I forgot I was wearing it. The side zipper makes it simple to put on and take off. One point to consider is the following: The small logo on the upper left chest and the black stripe on the back are both paste-on, and the edges had begun to lift. I simply peeled them off in their entirety. They were taken away without leaving any traces behind. They have left no trace of their presence.
I usually wear a medium, but this shirt runs a little small, according to other reviews. As a result, I went with the large option. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 165 pounds, with a chest measurement of 42 and a waist measurement of 36. The shirt is a little big, but not excessively so. A medium would probably be too small for me. It has a crew neck with a zipper rather than a V-neck, which I like. neck. It's extremely well-made. It appears to be tailored in its fit. I had previously purchased a burlap sack-style windahirt from another vendor. The fit of this windbreaker is excellent. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
This item is very appealing to me, and I give it a five-star rating. plus one star! br>This light weight jacket/windbreaker has all of the features I was looking for, and I personally wear it for my job as a courier who is on the go in all types of weather and in the cool western Pennsylvania climate. I can wear this over a dress shirt or a fleece undergarment right now, it is light rain shower resistant and a really great wind resistant outer lt wt jacket it has a great fit, I am 6'4" and 210 lb, I purchased the 2xl just because I knew I would need to wear this over my fleece when cool to cold temperatures arose, I am constantly in and out of my work vehicle temperatures change constantly in and out of offices all day long, I chose the blue.
This will be my go-to windbreaker/pullover in the future. This hasn't been overlooked in any way. I can't say enough good things about this piece, from the side zipper to the waist cord that can be tightened or loosen as needed to the wrist elastic. Water beads right off the material, which is extremely comfortable and soft against the skin. br>br>Because you can tighten or loosen different parts of the jacket, it can be very functional depending on the weather and what you wear underneath, making it an excellent choice. br>br>I strongly advise you to get yourself one of these.
A good windbreaker for game day. In most weather conditions, it is light enough to use. I like the design and it has a good sense of style. It would also be ideal for watching a game from the stands.
Nice, light jacket, but the Medium was far too small for me, despite the fact that that size usually fits me perfectly.
The only thing I noticed was that the sleeves were a little long for him, but he simply pushed them up and the sleeves have elastic around them to keep them in place. It's easy to put on and take off thanks to the side zipper. Both of the exterior pockets have zippers to keep your belongings safe. This is a light jacket that isn't meant to be worn in the cold.
