In terms of warmth and breathability, would this pullover work well for downhill skiing?

No, I do not believe that is true. It's fine for winter golf, but not for skiing, in my opinion. Skiing in the springtime?

Is it also waterproof?

It's fairly water resistant. I went for a run in the misty mornings of Houston, TX and had no problems.

How long are the sleeves on a large?

The length of the shirt is 36" from the nape of the neck to the top of the shoulder and down to the cuff.

Is there a drawstring at the waist?

Hello, and thank you for contacting me with your inquiry. There is no waist drawstring on the Allendale Pullover. To give you an idea, the open bottom is made to layer and won't have any extra bulk at the bottom. Thanks!

It's of the highest caliber. It is possible to purchase clothing on Amazon without knowing the quality level. There's no danger in this situation. This Sunice pullover is absolutely stunning. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 190 pounds, and the large fits me perfectly - Neither too big nor too small.

I liked the navy blue pullover so much that I was looking for another when I noticed the very light blue was in stock, so I ordered it, despite the fact that I planned to return it

It turns out to be a very cool blue, not as light as the photo suggests. I haven't had a chance to wear either pullover for very long, but I'm enjoying them both so far. The sizing appears to be adequate; it is a little slim, but there is some freedom through the shoulders, according to one reviewer. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought more Sunice products in the future, and no, I'm not a Sunice employee!.

It's a tight fit. Winter golf is a breeze with this bag. It's possible that it'll go on a little longer. I'm 6'3" and would prefer it not to be any shorter.

As expected, it fits perfectly. I've been wearing it while golfing in cold weather with several layers underneath, and I'm still mobile enough to play well unless I don't: If I make a bad shot and it isn't due to Sunice's fault, I recommend.
