I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "authentic." Because of the magnetic ball marker, I use it to play golf. Because the cap is adjustable, there is no need to specify a size.
The magnet is located in a circle on the hat's bill below the marker. Yes, when you remove the marker, a color-matched circle appears. I hope this information is useful.
This is structured, in my opinion. It keeps its form well.
Yeah, it's nice, and I like it a lot. The ball marker is attractive and works well with the hat's magnet.

I've cut my handicap by six strokes since purchasing this hat. It's a miraculous hat, to say the least.
This hat is absolutely gorgeous. It's a breathable and lightweight fabric. It does an excellent job of preventing sweat from entering my eyes. The ball marker magnet is a great touch, and I've received several compliments on the course because of it. You can swap out any ball marker you want (as long as it's metal) thanks to the magnet in the brim. It gets dirty quickly, which I didn't expect from a black hat, but it cleans up easily.
I bought this same hat in 2019 L/XL and wanted a replacement because mine was starting to wear out. My head measures 22 3/4" and my original hat is a L/XL, so I simply reordered the same size, but the one I received is too large. I was able to fit into either a S/M or a L/XL based on the size chart, so I re-ordered. This one will be returned, as I ordered the medium. I'm not sure why the first one was so snug and the second one is so loose. Perhaps there is a lack of consistency in quality control. It's not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it in case it applies to most or all Callaway hats.
To begin with, it isn't magnetic in the least. I looked all over the rim for a magnet but couldn't find one. Second, I ordered this in a size S for my 10-year-old son. It's a little big on him (and not at all adjustable), but he wants to keep it, so it can't be too bad.
It had already been soiled (white hat with a black smudge across the front) when it arrived. Guys, come on! It had a black smudge on the front of the hat right out of the box. I'm not sure if the dye job was so cheap that it ran or if someone dropped it in the warehouse and didn't want to tell the supervisor, but it's a pain.
Mesh is extremely breathable, and the hat is extremely comfortable to wear. The magnet in the hat brim is a nice touch - Neither a heavy clip-on magnet for the brim nor a lot of pocket fishing for a ball marker are necessary. Although I believe that more putter covers should include a magnetic holder for a ball marker, the hat brim is an excellent alternative.
Hat with a lot of substance. I like the ball marker, but that could simply be because I'm new to golf. The inner sweatband can get a little uncomfortable after a round of sweating, so I docked one star. My other hats are low-profile, but this one is advertised as a mid-profile hat, and it is exactly that, not too high or structured.
Then it's all white--red and white, red and white, red and white, white, white, white, Furthermore, neither of them has the advertised magnetic spot on the bill. I even looked for a metal spot (which would require the use of a magnetic ball marker), but there isn't anything like that. These hats are either fakes or have been mislabeled.
