Questions & Answers

For air travel, I would like to purchase the T10 bag boy bag. A hard top appears to be on it, but it's soft underneath. Is this necessary or helpful?

It will hopefully do the job just fine since the regular bag will protect most of the shaft, and the T10 has a hard top. In my opinion, I would get the T10 first and then settle on the Backbone later.

What size does this fit on the Bagboy T-shirt Would 750 suffice?

As long as the size requirements are met, it should The Samsonite bag I own is the same size, and it works perfectly.

How do you leave the pole in Your bag while playing? Does the top black plastic come off so you can do so?

There is no issue with the top staying Even though the Telescoping feature is excellent, it only retracts to around 18 inches.

I am able to easily adjust this to keep my clubs safe
5/5

A broken driver from the airline prompted me to purchase this I still had wood dowels in my bag despite the fact that they weren't needed. During the collision, my driver broke, and I snapped half of the dowel in half. It has been four trips since I bought my Bag Boy, and nothing has failed! Height of pole can be expanded and collapsed with the push of a button. The solid and lightweight construction seems to be a plus. Voici a tip The bungee cord is tied around your driver and fairway wood with the pole in the center to ensure they are protected by the Bag Boy pole. The protected plastic cap will not cover your entire bag (which you would not want as it would be too big), but will cover.

This is total waste of time
3/5

I urge you to leave. Waste of time and energy. My assumption was that the name BagBoy would suggest I could trust this contraption, but I was wrong I used it four times in two different trips, and it failed every time. Other versions of the software I've used have never had any problems. I know it wasn't user error, as after the first flight I watched a half-hour video about how I managed to fix it Although I watched a dozen YouTube videos to ensure it was done correctly, it still collapsed by the time the third flight came around. In the end, I was lucky that I thought to add four training sticks that were longer than my driver, or it might have resulted in me being left with broken clubs. Fortunately, all I will need to.

Travel bags for golf aren't complete without this item
5/5

The golf clubs must be in a case if you travel with them. There have probably been golf clubs that have flown over 100,000 airline miles and torn apart by every type of situation that could possibly happen. From padded to hard-shell to a military crate, I've used every kind of bag out there. As well as golf bags that double as actual travel cases, I've tried several of them. I think that is the problem. As long as you are travelling with the airlines, your luggage will probably be tossed around like a rag doll nothing will stop extreme impacts or rolling. The simplicity of this little device is the reason I love it so much. The fact that a super inexpensive, but brilliantly designed device can do more than its cost is also exciting to me Golf bags costing $1,000 or more perform as well as the $1,000 cases. With this, all you need to do is use your regular old golf bag, place this in your regular old travel bag, and extend it, and from my experience, you're actually much better protected than In addition to wrapping a couple of golf towels and a golf jacket around the clubs before closing up the bag, I always do the same thing even with the hard cases because I want to prevent the clubs from banging against each other. Make tons of money when you take advantage of a simple product that outperforms the much more expensive options and.

This is a very good idea
3/5

Easily made at a low price. These are available in two sizes to use with the golf travel bags we recently purchased. Luckily, our bags made it to their destination without issue, the drivers were on time, and everything went smoothly. Purchasing this item was a very good decision for me. I had set the clubs in the back of my rental 4Runner when I unfortunately fell out of the back of the hatch one of the backbones. The head of the vulture dropped maybe two or three feet and snapped off instantly. As soon as I saw the train ticket I thought (oh crap, I need another one for the journey home). As my second thought came to mind, if my bag falls and hits the head like it did here, it is going to snap off again and I will not be able to protect my clubs any longer. My opinion is that these ideas are great and the majority of people who buy them will never understand how easily they can You should keep in mind that this head will snap off if you fail to handle it correctly if you purchase it.

We won't be staying any longer! Since I've been back, I've tried to adjust it several times and any pressure at all (much less than you'd experience during normal airline baggage handling) and it collapses, rendering it useless and exposing the very clubs it's meant to protect to even more damage
3/5

Here's hoping this is the last of it I was told that the seller would replace the product if there was an issue with the product. I found it amusing that the return window expired on 1/1. Following the purchase of the vehicle If you have a travel bag or suitcase Assuming it is a product of this type, it is not uncommon to find someone buy one of these and then have at least several months pass before they use it. You may contact me if the replacement turns out to be as claimed in the listing and I will be happy to change my rating.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Bag Boy BackBone worked! The BackBone is an unusual product, but although I read some negative reviews about it, I still ordered it
5/5

BackBone was shipped in new condition, and I found it to be a solidly constructed product with quality design and craftsmanship. Still, I was concerned with reviews that said the BackBone wasn't able to survive transport with golf clubs in a golf bag when properly mounted. The first thing I did when I packed my clubs in my golf bag was cover my irons and fairway metals with head covers and then fill the cracks between the clubs and my BackBone with bubble wrap. A Bag Boy travel case, with the golf bag fitted in it, was used as the golf bag cover. My BackBone was positioned in a fixed position in order to protect my clubs and bag from an impact to the top of my It works just as it is designed to. As promised, my clubs and poker set have arrived unharmed after two airline flights, with my golf bag and clubs in the same condition as when I.

This is a great product We highly recommend this product
5/5

It was perfect timing from your end since I had planned a trip from the east to the west coast and my golf clubs really needed to be packed in there. As someone who has endured frustrating club rentals in the past, I was excited to be using my own (new) clubs. After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase two Bag Boys BackBones so as to have adequate padding within my Sun Mountain travel bag. When I installed the BackBones, I could tell that they worked perfectly as they absorbed the pressure at the top of the Woods I've been working on). As it happens, I also witnessed my travel bag being unloaded off the conveyer belt when the plane landed. The folks at United Airlines aren't exactly gentle when it comes to setting these things aside. My bag was dumped among another pile of golf bags that had already been In light of the cost of a replacement driver, regardless of what insurance or refund policy is provided by the airlines, the best scenario would be to avoid the problem in the first place.
