I was stumped when it came to grading this. I had ordered the purple one and was very excited to receive it, but when I opened the box, I discovered that it had been replaced with a red one. Okay, this isn't a big deal, so I went looking for a way to contact the seller and couldn't find one. As a result, I was irritated. I wanted to wait until I had used it for a while before writing a review because others had complained about the shotty wheels. The wheels haven't caused me any problems so far, and they're a nice addition. It holds a lot of balls, and I like how the Velcro strap keeps the handles together so they don't clang around when you're traveling with it. When you're at the very top of the standing handle position, it's a little tipsy, which is a bummer because that's about the right height for grabbing balls when serving or feeding. Overall, it's a good value for the money, though I'm still annoyed by the color every time I look at it.
I can't seem to find a way to contact the seller, but this has a hard time standing up because the legs are slipping out sideways, and one of the wheels is broken, with no idea how to replace it. Addendum- The wheels had both broken off and were unreplaceable. You'll have a hard time carrying this by hand, so find a good chiropractor.
It can hold a large number of balls. Because the legs fold up, it can be stored in a smaller space. It is, however, quite large and weighty.
This is a very nice unit. When full, it's very heavy, and when the arms aren't extended, they get in the way of the lid. Otherwise, this is a fantastic hopper, and the addition of wheels makes it much easier to manage when it's full of balls.
Picking the balls is fine, but the top does not lock properly, and the balls have fallen into the trunk on several occasions. It is also quite heavy to carry around, and the stand's grip is poor; every time we try to use it, it falls.
My requirements were met.
review with a star: "One of the wheels was completely shredded off. Wheels that are a rip-off of a rip-off of a rip- "It took four months for me to complete. It's difficult to transport with 100 tennis balls and a heavy metal frame. Plus: The hopper is tippy and unstable when the legs are in place.
