I love it. There's only one of me. The author is 6 feet 1 inches, 210 pounds, and he runs, bikes, and swims. It has never worked for me to wear shorts like these, because they always seem to ride up from the leg, or to roll down the waist. The heat is not on. The feel also is softer than any other pair I have owned. Under the most extreme conditions, it is just plain comfortable. This is simply an amazing product. On the top of the spandex, there is a band that prevents the fabric from sliding. In addition to this band, the bottom of the spandex has a seam to prevent it Definitely recommend. They're super soft and come in two colors.
