Considering the material, I think it would certainly hold up, but I did think the straps were a little thin to not dig into your shoulder with that much weight.
When I use it, I wear a thicker, full size Lululemon and a black tank top The mat works great, as long as you roll it tight before snapping it in place. They are adjustable like the straps on a collar for a dog. There isn't enough information about Manduka Pro to be specific

The strap was purchased so that I could easily carry my yoga mat. I don't really have a problem with it since it does what it was supposed to do and is fairly easy to use, but it's Wearing it causes it to slip and lips and is not made of breathable material, so it may irritate your shoulder like mine did. also isn't very cute, which is frustrating as it seemed to be a solid black jacket, and how can you go wrong with a solid black jacket? It has a funky pattern that is supposed to be tribal (I assume), but it falls short in terms of matching you to it.
I do not recommend this product. If anything, I recommend.

This yoga mat strap was given to me by a friend who has two of them. The price is reasonable, and the quality is good. In addition to Manduka PROlite, I also have Manduka Black MatPRO, and my straps fit them both.
It's such a great strap for the mat. I love how it works.
