As a small person, I am confined to a small space. Considering that it is able to slide up and down the mat, I do not think it will be a problem.

Straps like this are my favorite. This is a very sturdy and sturdy product. As the holes that your mat fits into can be adjusted, it is very easy to remove and replace, and it is suitable for mats of any size, thick or thin. There is still enough room to carry two mats inside if you want to because you can still put them on your shoulders. This strap is very comfortable to wear - I use my mat at an open yoga class at my college and I carry it all the time. This is a thick, thick fabric that is not at all stretchy. This is a great deal for such a low.
The Y has recently purchased a one inch thick mat I intend to use for my return to indoor painting. I like to have some cushion under my knees since mats are no longer provided. I looked around and bought this strap because it's adjustable, since I didn't receive a strap with my mat. The mat fits good, but doesn't make a shoulder strap, but a handle. Because the mat is thick, it can't be used as a shoulder strap. To prevent the mat from rolling up during transport and to aid in carrying it, I needed something to keep it from rolling up during transport. The strap I'm using seems to be the right one.
It is a thick mat for me, and it is a thin mat for my wife. I think both of them work pretty well. As it does not have any metal on it, I can take it to the gym to use as a yoga Despite being 5'8", it doesn't reach the top of my head. If you are very tall it might not work as a strap. This bag is well-built and looks like it will last. It arrived two days early because it was shipped Prime. The only problem is that I cannot fathom why I wouldn't like it.
There were no strong points in the elastic, which made it super stretchy and supple. FitLifestyleCo's strap is strong, but it's not stretchy, so there are no fun twists to make it smaller/tighter, and it's not as effective at holding the mat in place as it should be. However, I will keep shopping for something that is worth sending back.
The dish was light and easy to make. Yoga mat straps are awesome, easy to use. In the end, I ended up having to purchase one for myself mainly because I was envious of her new strap. My favorite thing about the material is how dynamic it The strap is stretchy enough for me to hang onto my mat but does not compress it or leave marks as other straps do. As well as being long enough to strap over my body when walking to and from the gym, I liked that it was also sturdy.
It is the first time I have used a yoga mat strap that is so easy to use and so purposeful. Since I'm a newbie to my Bikram classes, I don't want to waste time trying to find my yoga mat strap after I get wiped out in class. Besides the long shoulder strap, I also like how thick the fabric As I walk to my car, I can easily sling it over my head so that I don't have to worry about it slipping off my shoulder. The simplest solutions are often the most effective.
I did not receive a strap with my mat This is just what I wanted!.
There are different straps that you can use with the velcro, but the mat has to be wound tightly to avoid it fraying. The elastic works no matter what size, you just pull it tight when you've worn it for a while. I'm not sure why I had to test this out several times before buying it!.
