Yes, the fabric is soft, but the bolster is also supportive
It didn't take me long to smell it after receiving it 5 days ago. Burlap/canvas smells very strongly, and the canvas is very oily! There is a scent that we are not sure will disappear.
It is more of an ecru or cream color. This is a pleasant hue, but it's not as stark as

In light of some of the reviews here, however, I felt moved to write one myself. Yoga props are a key feature of my Yin yoga class, and I encourage the use of them. There's no doubt that this bolster is a great partner for yin poses or restorative poses. Many reviewers say that this bolster is too thick or too big, but I'm not sure why and I'm not sure what they mean by that. A bolster like this works exactly for what it is designed He is 5'9 and I am 5'0, so we use it together. I am at the house, and so is my husband. Both of us are happy with it. On the floor, I enjoy the sensation in my back of my knee when I'm lying on it. It helps with all my lower back issues, and my husband uses it for supported fish poses. He will doze off on it if he's tired enough. My only complaint about this bolster is that I couldn't trade it.
It is very There are two bolsters that I would like in Sage (green). I was able to count on them arriving exactly on schedule. I expected the size to be the same as well. This is an absolutely gorgeous, soft and comfortable top. The size of the mat is consistent with what I'm used to seeing in They seem to work like a dream for me with my clients who practice restorative yoga. To ensure that you have maximum support throughout different poses, I recommend purchasing two bolsters for restorative yoga. client, who is 37 weeks pregnant, was delighted to be able to recline in bound angle pose/supta baddha konasana and felt very comfortable. I also took some samples of photos with the boyfriend who modeled it for me. It is the perfect bolster!.
The results I got are satisfactory to me. Sizes are close, but not precise 24 inches long, 13 inches wide, and 6 inches high. I am 5 feet tall. In my opinion, it is difficult to produce the precise dimensions since I know the color will settle over time. I ordered the red according to the price it is The color I chose is even more pleasing to me. While there was a bit of staining upon delivery, probably from handling, I did not mind. This made me immediately wash the top case and it behaved well, I did not lose color or shrink the top case. When I do the Supta Baddha Konasana, the 24" length works well for me since I'm almost 5'2" tall. For my husband, who is 6' tall, it is a bit short for this pose, but it is not really an issue. It would seem that if a user is no taller than 5'9" then the 24" will probably fit nicely. Besides the filling being all cotton, the cases are also all cotton, and the top washable one is pleasant to the.
There was a bag within a large box that contained the product. After I opened it up and took it out, I laid on it for a few minutes and realized it smelled of mildew. A few days later, I went to do restorative yoga with the bolster and was amazed to find out that it was mildewed. When I opened the cover, I found that the pillow inside was fine, but smelt stronger than ever. The box and bag had already been thrown out, so it would take me a lot of time and effort to return the pair.
From this company, I have purchased a red and a purple bolster without issue however, I recently purchased five of the russet colored bolsters and they all smelled of a terrible I am not sure if the dye color or their placement in the warehouse caused this problem, but it seems like other people have also had this issue. Since the other colors I ordered were excellent, this was a very disappointing experience.
The fact that I am tall, 5'10" with long legs, makes me feel somewhat out of place. My favorite way to relax during Savasana and restorative classes at the studios where I practice is to use the bolsters under my legs. The majority are round, but there are a few that are rectangular. Some of the mushrooms are flat, rectangular, Flat is not the only type. The roundness of some is too great. Quite possibly my favorite is the thick, rectangular bolster which is firm and firm. My wife and I found these on Amazon, and I found the picture to be pretty exciting. That type of bolster reminds me of my favorite type. That they were under $20 scared me somewhat, since they were at a price I couldn't believe. They looked exactly the way they did in the picture when they arrived. All I could do was smile when they arrived. Their size and shape are comparable to those of a standard yoga mat, yet they are still full and firm. My 17 year old son (6'4") was immediately drawn to them because they were so beautiful. Using the bolsters, I put him into some poses to restore his health. Each time he tried each pose, they were both large enough and long enough to support him comfortably. The items in this category are among my favorite purchases from Amazon, and I practically live there.
This is a great I can finally do yin and restorative poses the way my instructor does, since it is small enough that it fits me comfortably. In the past, I used a smaller prop for pranayama. This is a good size if you want to go deeper into those types of poses. It feels nice. The fabric is firm, but still supple. Almost as if it were made of silk. There is a feeling of durability. The fact that it comes with a handle on both ends is a feature I really appreciate. It's easier to transition between poses that way. The length of this pillow is just right to support my head from my back, even though I was worried that it would not be long enough. With my height of five feet nine inches, this bolster fits me perfectly.
There is a strong chemical smell. The day after I purchased my bolsters I had an urgent workshop to attend, and so did not have the time to return them. I covered with more than one pillow case in order to mask the smell. The smell of this product is not appealing to yogis. A number of washies have been tried. Vinegar was tried as a cleaning agent. It doesn't matter what you do. To me, it seems like this company is just one big scam, shoving chemicals at yogis who do not even care Having to deal with such disappointments.
