I absolutely love it! 5'4" is my height, so it feels like the perfect fit. I haven't even begun exploring all the ways that these fitness tools could be used, but having been suffering from lower back and hip pain for the past few months, stretching and doing exercises with just the strap and yoga wheel made such an incredible difference When you add in the resistance bands, I'm in awe of this set! My yoga blocks are not standard size. aren't thick as a standard one, but I already have a cork one so not a problem for me. The yoga wheel bag that it comes with fits everything, so I haven't tried out the door hang stretch, but it seems sturdy. This product comes with a lot of plastic packaging, which is something to keep in mind if you intend to reduce waste like I do.

I am very pleased with the quality of this yoga gear and am very pleased with the set. The yoga wheel my wife had been using for years broke, so I was interested to find out about the additional equipment and its safety. I liked the wheel very much, and the case was a wonderful thing because you could fit everything in it if you packed it properly. There is a great jump rope addition and I think it can be adjusted, too. The blocks are sturdy and firm, and the jump rope feels sturdy. It appears to be as good as any other resistance band variety set I have purchased and the door strap appears to be well made and doesn't make a mark on The product is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone!.

I love what you've done here! There is nothing I don't like about everything about this. I am over 200 pounds and was concerned about the wheels braking or being too As well as being 5'10", I'm a vegetarian. There is a lot of cushioning. The workouts it offers you for every tool are very helpful I really believe they are quite helpful for There's a small issue with the wheel fitting snugly in the bag sometimes it's a bit difficult to get it in and out and I fear I will rip the cushion on the wheel otherwise everything else fits perfectly and I love it. You will also get a cute little mash pink bag that you can use to put your bands into, or you can use it to put other girly bits in your bag. I'm very happy with what I purchased!.

I just recently took up yoga again, so I thought it would be perfect for me. To date, we have only encountered the following problems Considering the yoga wheel as a conflicting information, #1. Advertising states that it can hold 660 pounds, but it can only hold 220 pounds according to the booklet that comes with it. While I weigh just shy of 250lbs, this is troubling considering it seems to keep me in place. In the storage bag #2, there is a bad chemical smell emanating In fact, it's so bad that I will throw it away if I can't get it to wash out.

We love how sturdy the wheel is and how cute it is. I really like the wheel bag. It's a nice little extra. As well as giving me a good stretch, the strap is also really comfortable. For the price you pay, this is an awesome kit. The product I purchased is great.

Since I have never gotten into yoga, stretching by itself has never worked for me. My chiropractic visits have not been helpful in healing my bulging spinal discs and Baker's cyst. I was a victim of a hit-and-run accident that eventually left me with crippling chronic pain. Despite only scratching the surface of this set, it has actually relived some of my pain to a great extent. It is mainly the straps and bands that I use. Have not used the jump rope and have used the wheel in a hazy manner. The set is perfect for yoga enthusiasts at any stage of their practice. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I appreciate the booklets of information. There's no question about the quality of anything.
