Working from home is what I've been doing since mid-2011 As I was thinking about March, I recalled. I sit at my desk all day, why not take advantage of this opportunity to do something constructive? The fabric is also very nice (!) that I bought with it. Resistance bands are one example. I will casually switch between these two during the day as I work. My only real purpose is to do this, and what am I doing? So much so that my husband asked me if I was exercising because my butt has gotten firmer since I began working out I can definitely notice a difference in my butts and thighs, just from lazily doing these two things at my desk all day long!.
My favorite gym activity was hitting the gym every day and I was miserable on many levels, so I decided to start doing home workouts instead. I bought resistance bands and these thigh trimmers and to be honest, I am much happier with I use it for upper body workouts as well as sitting down but you can definitely do it while sitting down. The only problem I've had is sometimes the resistance portion of the trimmer will vary. One of mine is looser, so I stick to the second one I bought because it's always been strong.
There are a lot of awkward places you can use it. In my opinion, it is not for all purposes, as the ad implies. However, let me state this As far as I'm concerned, it's working for me. A stubborn layer of fat is on my inner inner thigh (the only part of my legs keeping me from showing my thighs). It has made a big difference to how I feel while I'm reading before bed and while I use it between my thighs. A couple of weeks ago, I got it. As a side note, I also use it with my arms occasionally when I'm watching television, but not much, so I haven't noticed any difference yet. However, if I did it more often, I would think it would have an effect.
As of now, I use it every day and I truly love it. I like its smaller size, not as large as my old thigh master, but I think it is easier to use and control because it is smaller.
After reading a lot of reviews I wasn't going to buy it, but I thought, well I might as well anyway, so I did. I must say I am amazed at how easily this thing works. It would be better if it were designed differently so that you can grip it better.
Instructions to show how it can be used multiple times would have been useful.
