It may seem like the product itself is good quality, but a band that failed one day after the return cutoff failed. Failure occurred due to how the package was arranged to fit into the box. I discovered discolorations and permanent creases in the Theraband at every point where it had been folded after removing it from the package. Although I tried my best to eliminate the kinks, there were still some places at each fold that compromised the integrity of the band. Below you will find some photos that you can see the creases as well as the point of failure. Make sure to inspect the product as soon as you take it out of the package if you should decide to purchase it.
I like it and it works great, the only downside is that it did not come with instructions on how to use it in a book. The most training I have done so far is standing on it so I can do forward and reverse curls and pulls over my head while standing on it. Furthermore, I wrap it around my french curl door handles and pull it towards me with my back to the door. Then I turn around with my back to the door and pull forward with a punching As a pull down motion, I found a large bicycle hook and screwed it into a stud in the ceiling. I used that to pull forward and reverse curls down. Using it more and more, I become familiar with more exercises I can do.
For my home PT, I ordered the blue level 2. After reading reviews about how weak the green level 1 resistance was, I ordered a blue level 2. It turned out the blue was too tense, causing my shoulder to make a snapping noise when performing It was suggested by my therapist that I get the next lower level, so I ordered the green and seem to be much happier with it now. Without damaging the material, it does its job. You need therapy if you are recovering from surgery. The goal of going to the gym is not to prove anything.
In the bio, it is not stated how long the band has been together. There are 48 inches on the screen, which seems a little short to Nevertheless, I will give it a try to see if I can adjust it to Since I just got it, it's too soon to tell if it will help me exercise my leg muscles without putting pressure on my knees. The pic on the front of the box makes it look like it's 10 feet long, unless the model is extremely short.
These dumbbells are heavy duty and identical to the ones used in fitness centers and physical therapy clinics. As far as I am concerned, I was sent a silver model despite the description indicating it was a black In addition to aesthetics, there is a significant difference in functionality as well Among black Therabands, seven are present. Three pounds of resistance are found in silver ones, while ten pounds are found in bronze ones. It weighs 2 pounds and is classified as an "advanced" species.
This is the green one that I purchased- It should provide "heavy" resistance because it is heavy in weight. In fact, it does not - There is much too much flimsiness and stretch in this fabric. Despite its standard length, someone of decent height could stretch it across by holding one end and the other end, but it would provide no resistance due to its lack of heft. One of the sizes offering more resistance was on my mind, but what's the point in wasting money on something that will not satisfy? A goodwill bag was in my possession when it fell out. My name is Betty and I am 65 years old The average age of a person is- I would not call her a body builder, she's too frail!.
Theraband (bands) have been a constant part of my physical therapy routine since I tore my rotator cuffs, the problem with them is that they tend to dig into my skin whenever I release them from the As a result, this tube has a very solid yet soft handle that I find very comfortable in my hand. While the "green" resistance of this tube feels lighter than the green resistance of its bands, it still gets the job done. * * * I gave it four stars instead of five because I am not sure about its durability. I thought it was flimsy.
I've been using TheraBands without handles for a long time and they're extremely You can tell the difference by these handles. Tubing is a strong material, and (I hope) will be less likely to be damaged than In case you were wondering, I didn't rate 'sheerness' since I don't know.
