Questions & Answers

What is the angle of this machine? Is it completely vertical, or does it incline slightly?

The vertical axis. There was no incline to speak of.

Do you still feel life fitness smith's impact on squats? It doesn't feel like a life fitness smith's but how does it feel during squats?

If you are doing squats, it feels great. I think it's a very useful machine to have in the house. Without the aid of a spotter, you can complete a great deal of exercises.

Are you interested in it for a gym or for your ?

The gym I have at my house uses it. Women between the ages of 40 and 60 made up the bulk of my clients. I wouldn't consider it the best option for use in a unisex gym, but it's durable enough to meet the needs of such an establishment. A machine like this would be good to have This pull-up bar works well and has a good pull-up bar as well. You should know that a typical smith already has about 15 pounds of tension before any weight is added Around 40 pounds feels like the weight of this machine.

According to the instructions, you should put the top on last but it's fairly heavy, so I put everything together all at once
5/5

Having received my machine yesterday (11/11/17) and assembling it on the same day, I am now ready to use it. My time was around three and a half hours The entire process took me about half a hour, but I was watching a football game as I worked on it. A couple of dumbbells were used to support the machine, which was built facing down. In the instructions it is instructed to put the top on last, however since it is very heavy, I assembled it all at once and set it on its As long as the bolts holding the top on were not tightened, I could still move it when I slid the rods in on which the smith bar slides up and down. This machine went together well. It appears to be very sturdy, but it must be used with weight bars that look like Olympic style weights. This is not going to work - I tried leaving the ends off and using my standard weights, but that did My understanding is that the smith bat with the ends is approximately 47 pounds, which is a little heavier than the standard 45-pound bars used in studio gyms. I am looking forward to working on my chest with it tomorrow and more excited to squat with it in the coming weeks. In closing, the last bit of advice I can give is to make sure that the bars with the pegs that will hold the smith bar are the front ones. You'll notice that they are off-center and need to be at the top of the machine. I learned the hard way that they need to be at the front. I wish you the best of luck and enjoy yourself.

I'm very pleased with my I highly recommend your company to others
5/5

OK, I'm one of those guys you'd consider to be tough when it comes to consuming. My style of buying is different from that of the normal consumer since I look for things that are not important to the average person. a problem with the equipment upon delivery, the left guide rod collar had been damaged during the course of shipping. Because the rod was not properly sized when the bearing came out, the guide collar got stuck when the bar was lifted. As soon as I heard about Deltech Fitness, I contacted them and received one of the most amazing and prompt customer service experiences I've ever had. During my chat with Brian and Craig, the two men quickly addressed my issues without asking many questions. It took two days for my parts to arrive after I patiently awaited them. It is with great pleasure that I must thank them for excellent customer service and would highly recommend their products as a result. Their customers are important to them, and they stand by what they say. It felt like a $1,000 purchase because they made the $700 purchase seem like a $1,000 purchase. The following is my review of the game In the packaging In addition to the damage to the object, there was some rust on it. If you aren't shipping it on a pallet or in a freight container, you may not get the best packaging. I basically had to bring more than half of it myself because the driver was lazily doing his job in order to deliver it. If I were you, you would know that it went through all sorts of care before being handed I did discover, when I opened the boxes, that there were some scratches on the paint, and some minor damages on the rubber pieces. Machine quality The machine has a lot of features that make it much better than I could imagine. The bearings make the bars rise smoothly and the bars are heavier than typical smith machine bars so it's a solid machine. The weight of the item is about 200lbs Once it's all up, it should take about 15 minutes. I can move it if I quickly move the bars or purposefully try to shake it as it shakes a little, but it does not move it. If I hang off of it while doing pull-ups, it wobbles a bit. There is no feeling of danger, so I don't think it's a cause for concern. It's to be expected when the machine is made for people to use at home, and is not a commercial machine. You might be able to add some lats to help. I added 250lbs of plates, but it didn't help too much. My first impression of the machine is that the powder coat on its paint isn't very good. A scratch will cause it to flake off easily. As a gym piece of equipment, however, if it's intended to be used regularly, this shouldn't matter too Nevertheless, it would have been nice if the catches did not have any paint because it would come off as the hooks continue to hook on to * * *Installation There was a lot more pain than I had It's a good set of instructions, but some of the wording might confuse you for what left and right are. As with the two legs at the bottom, it is recommended that the square pieces go on the outside so that the rod will When it comes to the rod bearing, make sure you pay close attention to the graphic images to determine where it should be mounted. It took me more than two hours to assemble it, and I was not looking forward to it! It takes a lot of bolts, nuts, and washers to put the machine together, and I think that some of the pieces would be stronger if they were welded, but again, this is not a commercial machine so I understand. Putting the rods on the lifting bar is the most challenging part. It took me an extra person to help me align the bar so it slides down the rod since I am not that tall. When I tried to do it myself I struggled to hold up that bar with the bearings. My recommendation would be to have two people install the rod since it wouldn't stay straight. Your height will likely determine your ability to do it. If your height is greater than 5'8, you may be able to handle it. I would call this purchase an excellent one overall. This machine moves this smoothly for $730, which is probably not possible to buy in that price range. There's no need to worry about your back pulling up the bar. Customer service I received from this company was fantastic, and I cannot express how happy I was. This is a great purchase, and I have only used it once so far, but so far it feels great, and I could get my first work yesterday, and I cannot wait to get back to it Here's what I have to say about this machine in hopes that it can help you decide whether to buy it.

My calculations for calculating the weight of the bar were detailed. The following are some of them Assuming all the bars are assembled correctly, the net downward force is as follows The weight was 5. 6 The weight should not exceed 5 kilograms). In the list below is a brief breakdown of the bar assembly I just have the bar with the hooks - just the bar A steel cover that weighs 72 pounds A weight of 2875 lbs multiplied by two is equal to 18 lbs. A Black Glider that weighs 575 lbs. A total of 1225 lbs X 2 will be in the box. The weight of our model is 225 pounds and the height is 58 inches. Weighing 52 pounds in total, they are made up of The average weight of a woman is 52 pounds. Force of downfall as a result of net upward momentum The weight of the dog is 25 lbs (11.
