I received my order this morning, put them on the rack, loaded them with loose 45s in my gym, and thought, "These would be great for safe squats and Bulgarian split squats. ". The second pair has just been ordered. Price pandemics are horrible, but they are what they are.

The high build quality of these is certainly noticeable even though they are certainly functional

These 2 inch plate holders have a lot of ridges and bumps, and they are a little hard to use because of the weld marks. Though the weights that they hold up seem to be sturdy, and they seem to be doing their job. The paint job is also not that good, it appears that after only a few weeks, it has already begun to chip off and rust. Unfortunately, there aren't many other options to choose from.

Despite the fact that it cannot hold the plates on my steel cage, it is adequate for the job. I found, however, that one of the holders fitted more loosely than the other. To fit the 2x2, it does not seem to be as straight as it would normally be. It's a little wobbly now that it has weights on it.

I will almost certainly order a second set due to the solid fit. Weight plates scuff slightly but that is to be expected. Look sturdy, paint is scuffed slightly by weight plates.
