The wrists of my right hand have always been stiff and hurt when I do pushups. I felt like I was going to break them. I avoided them as a result. that these push-button controls are available If I raise the bars instead of bending my wrists, my wrists won't hurt. The pain has gone away and I am now able to do as many pushups as I want without any discomfort. It feels sturdy, but I weigh less than 100 pounds, so I can't speak to how sturdy these will be for people who weigh more. Their stability and non-slip properties make them suitable for carpets as well. Some weight can be carried

The fact that my fat ass can do push-ups on it shows how strong it will be for you too. I have lots of weight to lose, and these bars won't bend at all. Speaking for myself, I am six feet five and 280 pounds. In order to help it grip the floor, the bottom of the item is coated with the same material. The hand guards are comfy and plush. The product is quite good! I guarantee you will like.

The odor was really bad, and it was a lot smaller than I anticipated

They were delivered to me just now, and the first thing I noticed is that they are smaller than expected. Also, the foam grips emit a plastic odor. My hands were odorous after testing them with a couple pushups. It seems they are sturdy, but that odor transfers to The odor may dissipate over time I will check back after I have used them for a while. *Update, I decided to return the item for that reason. I was refunded my money and instructed not to bother returning the item by Amazon. They handled my return without hesitation.

There is not enough length on the foam grips

I like how it's easy to set up and it stays put on the carpet and floor. There is, however, an issue with the length of the foam grips. My hand edges hang over/hit the metal bars. It could have been rated 5 stars for the price if it had been 1" longer.
