You'll understand why after reading this. I used the machine with all six resistance bands connected, and I decided to drop the resistance bands after several sets In a set. In that case, I removed two bands and repeated several times. After that, I removed two more bands and repeated the exercise several more times. In order to make it look fresh, I replaced all the bands. A major problem I discovered in the process caused me to return the machine for a refund after I discovered it during the simple process. I used the machine several times, and it happened each time. I had to turn the machine upside down and shake it for the screws to fall out when the screws fell inside it. They fell out on my carpet, and I had to dig in it to find them once they were there. It was necessary to put them again into the ends of the bands once I found them. In order to get the machine to work (when changing resistance), I would have to spend an additional sum (out of my own pocket). It was difficult to find resistance bands that were the appropriate size for the Iron Chest Master despite finding several kinds. p>p>Ron Williams (inventor of the ICM and owner of the ICM website) makes an excellent example of integrity and persistence. Simply by watching his video and reading through his website, I came to this conclusion. Undoubtedly, he is one of the good guys online. And among other things, he has put a lot of work into the design of the machine. Due to the fact that I had a hard time approaching anyone to ask about this (a problem that is also likely to concern others who purchased the machine), I thought a three-star review might do. The machine will be ordered again if the band design is changed in the future (and my review will be updated). A lot of training equipment has been purchased and used over the years for me, and this is one of the best I've ever owned. I like this product so much that I am getting rid of my Olympic bench and my 400 lb. As part of my Iron Chest Master routine, I did 135 pushups and three sets of 15. As I have been doing the push ups, I have been feeling the activation in my chest and have a lot more strength. When I first started, I could not do dumb bell incline presses, now I'm doing 8 reps with 45 pounds. The age and weight of this child is not much to you, but I am 60 years old and weigh 165 pounds. As of today, I weigh the least I have since I stopped competing on the national martial arts The Iron Chest Master allows me to do fewer sets, fewer exercises and get better results for my chest due to the way it is designed. So, I think I'll keep it an eye on it.

Oh my gosh! It was one of the best chest exercises I have ever done. As of late, I have been kept at home and do not have To the best of my knowledge, I've only done a traditional pushup as a chest exercise. As soon as I saw the advertisement for the Iron Chest Master, I ordered one. Trying it was on my list of things to do. In a matter of minutes I felt activated after doing 10 repetitions. My chest was not the only area where I felt it, I also felt it in my deltoids, back, and even my abs. I have discovered my new favorite piece of equipment, the Iron Chest Master. The product forced me to write a review even though I do not normally write reviews. I had a problem with my computer today, it's only been 7 days! We're at the end of a week! On top of that, I had a 3 day rest week, so it's only been in use for 4 days. It did not last even after four days of working out, it is far more expensive than any other Amazon purchase I have ever made! You would be better off passing on this equipment. Trust me, I'm giving you this honest review as my good deed to you. Do not make the same mistake I made and save your money.

The way I see it, standard pushups are on their way out, I used to be able to do five, but now I am up to ten and working my way to 20, you can see results in two weeks. I do recommend taking the time to see the results.

I used this for about a month and it was great. A red strap snapped after about 600 pushups before I reached my limit with the cheap strap. The site is now entirely useless. The first thing I thought about was that this would be a dream come true since I don't go to the gym but rather work at home or at the office. Made from the cheapest materials available at the highest price possible, it is obvious this item was made with poor quality materials. Clearly some prankster is trying to make a quick profit while ensuring that he'll be nowhere to be found once TJR's Many people probably won't use this device, because they buy it but never You make this product part of your everyday routine, so it will break, and that's what the designer wants you to be worried about.

I recently received the Iron Chest Master, and it is by far the best chest machine I have ever owned or used. As a consequence of having a congenital hip disorder, I stopped going to the gym and purchased every piece of home exercise equipment I could find, including Bowflex Xtremes SE2, Bowflex weights, Perfect Push ups, and so on. It's a pretty solid product, so it's likely to last forever the three red bands that come with it are probably the only pieces that will need to be replaced or broken in the process. To reduce the tension on the red band, I had to take one off, but once I get the hang of it I will probably purchase the black bands from chest master (Amazon doesn't offer In my case, I am six feet tall with wide shoulders and weigh 204 pounds, and my only gripe is that I wish the device were wider so I would be able to move more freely on the fly, but otherwise, it's wonderful.
