Questions & Answers
How sturdy and square you want the piece to be will affect how the answer to this question turns out. This can very well be done with a couple of adjustable wrenches, but if you have a 13 mm and a 15 mm socket, or a box end wrench, it will work better. I have found that you want to be able to loosen and tighten nuts rapidly as you do assembly steps 1, 2, and 3 so that you have a piece of equipment that doesn't rock as you install it.
The weight of my body is 272 pounds. My weight causes this thing to feel as though it could fold in half if I used In addition to bending and flexing six times, the entire tower sways eight times While I am performing bodyweight dips, my hips expand by 8 inches. When I use weighted dips, I suspect it will bake into pancakes. It is in no way sturdy.
There are no errors in the measurements listed in the item description 58. It is 5 inches long and 46 inches wide. There are 5 inches of width and 83 inches of height
You cannot swing on it, or else it will tip over. In spite of this, it will move a little depending on how flat it sits on the ground and how much you weigh. At 190 pounds, I am a small woman. I also notice that when I do pullups and dips, it moves a little. It is when I dip that I feel more alive. Alternatively, it could also be that I don't do pull-ups and dips consistently.

For normal sized ceilings it's a bit high up, leaving little room for your head. Even so, you can do pullups, just be careful. The leg pull up abs workout is my favorite, because it allows me to do leg ups just like a real gym do. My home gym is enhanced by the addition of this piece of equipment. The product does not wobble and is of good quality, but it is not small, so be sure you have enough room for it in your home.
It was packaged in shrink-wrapped sheets. Bolts, washers, nuts and other hardware were clearly labelled and numbered. With the aid of two vise grips and a screwdriver, I assembled the product myself in about 90 minutes. It would be 20 minutes faster if a ratchet driver had been used. My knees are about 6'3" above the chin up bar flat footed or about a foot above the bar when I use it. It holds my 250 pound 6'3" body very well with very little give. It is possible for me to perform a full pull-up by bending my knees slightly. 5'6" is just enough for my wife to reach the bar at the end of the table. It is fine for us both to have the same width.
The power tower is my third purchase from Amazon. There were two others I bought, both for $150 each A range of 150 to 200. This machine is without a doubt the best that I have run across outside of a gym in terms of quality and durability. Although the bridge has a slight bend when it's doing dips (it was supposed to) in rush hour traffic it shouldn't shake when you're waiting for a signal. We're dealing with the same issue. In addition, this is constructed using stronger materials and has a higher level of integrity compared to In the interest of goodwill, but just to give a sense of what I mean With my 165-pound weight, I can hang with an additional 60 pounds on dips and move around with no problem. I also noticed a difference in strength between the pull up bar and my previous two models. The grips on both pull up bars do not move so they are secure. Be prepared to have some wall and area space available for it, as it does take up some space. It did not come with the tools to put it together, and that is my only complaint. It would have been easy to become upset, but you should probably have some tools on hand if you buy something and you know you have to assemble it. About two hours were needed to put it all It has bruised up pretty well since I dropped the back plate piece on my toe. Assembly is better done with 2 people, but you may be able to do it with just 1 if you're willing to take a few possible I still have to say that I am sufficiently pleased with the quality that the other stuff doesn't matter as long as I am in shape while in quarantine. I highly recommend it. Keep in touch with family and friends but stay at home if you are able. Remember to wash your hands and to practice social distancing as you stay away from public spaces. There's no need to worry! We'll make it! Let us all be at peace and in . . . and get your hands on.
As it is with everything in life, you get what you pay for. There are some very poor quality components in the hardware. In the end, it isn't much of a sturdy product. As a large person, I need a lot of space. My height is 6' 7" and my weight is 274 pounds. Weight is supported when I sit on it. It's just barely supported by the unit, since it sags and twists under its own This is definitely not an inspiring situation. Although it works for now, I wouldn't be surprised if the thing folds in half in the future. I give it 3 stars since it does work and it's not a horrible design, but if you are a large person, I would not recommend it. Additionally, the spacing of the handle for the leg raise is excessively tight for my size. I will be unable to use them.
This equipment was put together by me, slowly and carefully, and one hand grip was missing from the pull-up Upon contacting the manufacturer, I received a hand grip in 3 or 4 business days - Nothing to worry about. Pushing is what I do using my power tower Exercises such as pull-ups and push-ups Hold the position for a few seconds then lower yourself You can do sit-ups, dips, and leg raises from the captain's chair (the correct term might not be dips and leg raises). I appreciate the convenience of doing this at home at the age of 72, when maintaining muscle tone is a little harder than in the past. This purchase has been a great experience for me.
It just needs to be stabilized some more. In my opinion, the tower is a great buy at its current price. I like the pull up bar and dips/leg lift station. In my opinion, the bars shouldn't be used for push ups since I'm 6'0' 210lbs and the station shifts a bit when I do pull ups (which is mainly what I use this for). I am not worried about any kind of damage to the ceiling, as it does not feel under stress at all. There was nothing about this purchase that made me regret it. In reality, it should be able to support even more weight, and I honestly would be concerned if I weighed more than 250 pounds. That's not a factor I would consider when buying this product. As a fix for me, I put standbags on the straight areas as well as the corners of the stand. This added enough stability to make me feel safe. In the case of someone weighing around 150 lbs, I wouldn't worry so much about As far as the height is concerned, I do have to bend my knees a bit to use it but the experience is not bad. As an added bonus, I bend my knees on every pull up bar I have According to my findings, according to the weight and height of your child, I recommend this. I would consider adding weight (sandbags, etc) or exploring other options for those who are over 6 feet and over 210 pounds.
I had been looking for a way to personalize my home gym and I found just what I was looking for. It took about one minute to complete. The following 5 days are free I put this together in less than an hour using instructions provided well in advance. The reviews influenced my decision to buy this product, and I was not misled. This pull-up bar consists of a - In addition to my height of 5'11", I weigh 130 pounds I need to bend my knees to reach the bar in the wide arm chin up position, so I am grabbing the bar with my feet still on the ground. This will work perfectly for a close grip under hand The 'hanging ab sleeves' I use have also been effective and have worked well when connected to the upper bar. This section includes elbows, legs, and a lynx. There are no hitches because everything went according to plan. It is comfortable for me to sleep on, and the cushioned pad provides adequate support to my back with a good degree of firmness to One of the things I like about it is that unlike other gym pads I have used, it has elbow pads and back pads at an angle of 90 degrees versus some others that naturally angle you upward and backward. Despite what seems to be the case, this design has been found to be safer for the When put together, this piece is solid enough For the price, this is an excellent piece of equipment.
