What you mean by effective will vary depending on what you mean How will you spend your travel money? The product is compact enough to fit in some carry-on bags. Is it ergonomically designed to fit in such a bag? As a result, it is too light and has a tendency to move under stress when performing push-ups. For me personally, the handles are narrow enough for my hands, but how is the yield and performance? It is identical to most handles except for the Swivl handles which help you build a lot more rotator cuff and triceps
They have performed very well and I haven't seen any signs of 'wear & tear' since I have owned them over eight months Tears of joy. As they are only push-button devices for me, I rely on them only The majority of my workouts are decline push-ups The most I do are 100 push-ups (with my feet elevated on a bench or chair) and approximately 150 sit-ups Every day, I get ups. In addition to being a smaller frame individual (5'8" and weighing 163 lbs), I also have low height. Due to the skid proof nature of these shoes, burpees should be safer. Unlike the Perfect Push-style handles, these are made of higher quality material and are comparable to others in the field The handles are in the up position. This model is more appealing to me than the Perfect Push-button It is ideal to travel with up handles since they do not turn and are not prone to breaking.
In a fully opened position, there are 4 inches of space between the ground and the top of the pads (where you put your hands).
Despite being plastic, they are very sturdy and I used them on vacation as a portable replacement for my Power Press complete push up training system.

This is a decent set of handles, do not get me wrong. Still, it's not enough. It is important to note that they work in the sense that they assist you in obtaining a perfect push-up Having the handles on my chest makes me feel the emphasis in my chest more than without them. Besides folding, I really like the fact that these are sturdy. Weigh less than 1 pound. There are a few things that these fail to do Despite being thin, the handles are not hard to hold. You can see that there is a very narrow bar inside the padding, but you can feel that this padding does not extend all the way across the feet. There is no sense of solidity to the metal bar. If I put my feet on the handles to do elevated pushups with the chair, they would give out at any time. They don't give you a feeling of security since should they break, you will hit your face on the floor without any chance of avoiding it. I placed a pillow in front of my face before I began the exercise in anticipation of a collapse, however I decided on our next session that I didn't want to even risk the fall, so I can do a push-up with these now. Neither are constructed well enough to handle work of this kind. It is also way too small for the handles. In addition, even my hands don't fit completely on the handle without spilling over onto the plastic edge of the handle which, btw, has a nice "seam" in it to dig into your hand. There really is no way that these would be appropriate for a full-sized man. My guess is that they'd be better suited for children. This is a pity since I need these for pushups on the floor since my wrists hurt too bad when I do them. Is it recommended? Not at all. This is not the case. Do not claim you don't have been warned if you are convinced otherwise after listening to the positive reviews.
I love this bench, the push up handles are great, the foam offers good grip, and the stand is sturdy. Since I have a lot of home workout equipment and my space is barely enough to store it all, the ability to fold it up and put it into a drawer is most useful. It can also be carried for travel, which is also nice. However, with the exception of their height, they are not very tall so if you are looking for a steep incline add-on to your pushups then these are not the best option for you. They were exactly what I was looking for however. As a whole, I am extremely pleased with the product and would not hesitate to recommend it.
I can take these push up bars to work and do pushups every hour of the day. The papers fold up well, so I can lock up my desk drawer in which they are stored. My young kids have been making use of the resistance band that came with them as part of their workout routine. My weight is about 200 lbs, and these shoes are comfortable for me. In response to a couple of other comments, I agree that the handles are too wide. They still work great, and I am able to get a very deep pushup session from them. I agree the padding is adequate but could be increased a little. very pleased with these and they work just fine for pushups that are standard in style.
As small as they fold up, I do not expect them to break, but they are made for small hands and fingers. Because the handles are too narrow, the edges are so close to mine that I have bruises. It is not my hands that are huge. In addition- While I am using them, the flex down. It should not bend so easily with this type of handle. There's just something wrong with the design.
These handles let you perform push ups while on the go. When folded, they are easy to transport, but they are also strong and very comfortable to use when exercising The best product of its kind.
As a result of dislocating my finger a few weeks ago, I found I couldn't do normal push ups in my high intensity training classes, so I purchased these since they fold up and can be tucked in my bag for convenience travelling to and from What I expected was way beyond what I got! Their quality is top-notch and they are super sturdy. The fact that I weigh 225 pounds and use these for push ups, burpees and a modified clap push up gives me total confidence that they won't break or topple. Now that I use them daily after a month of using them, I am actually getting another pair for my office. I purchased the pair mentioned above, and all what I have said is my honest opinion now.
There are two main reasons why I chose these pushup bar stands This is determined by the size of the handle and the portability. This is the best option for me since I don't have a lot of space to store workout gear. In addition, they are easy to transport if I decide I want to take them on a trip. A second thing I like about the handles is that they have a good diameter. I would recommend these because of their good cushioning and the fact that they appear to have a long shelf life. However, I am not sure how much use I will get out of the rubber band that comes with them.
It's too small a dam to contain such a large amount of water. The cushioning is terrible. The hand is pinched.
