Product Description

The construction of this table is stable, with a weight capacity of 1300 pounds with two 2x2 feet. Steel tubular frame construction of 75" offers a great deal of E-mail will be sent to you containing the Vanswe power rack E-workout poster, which includes 26 different types of exercises.

With this power rack, you are able to use low and high row pulley systems that can handle up to 300 pounds. This cable has an extremely high tensile strength nylon coating. INCLUDES 10 ACCESSORIES 6 J hooks and 2 safety bars, 3 bonus J hooks, and 4 1" weight holders. With 21 positions for safety bars and J-Hooks ranging in height from 12" to 67", and labeled numbers for easier height identification, the safety bar system is able to adapt to any situation.

Dimensions of the power cage 48 inches long, 67 inches wide, and 85 inches high. 42 x 50 inches are the dimensions of the cage on the inside. A total of 256 pounds weighs this box. Make use of non-toxic materials There's a silicone spray on the cables that's greasy.

Please note that the feet print of our squat cage is 47" by 55" incl. the area for squatting and lat pulls (47" by 44" without the lat pull attachment), I hope this is helpful.

For the pulley system, does it accept standard weights?

You may use either the standard or Olympic size

The description mentions that it comes with a lat pulldown bar and a lower curl bar. Does this come with those, too?

All of the less expensive cages are too small, but I didn't like what I saw. There is no doubt that the cage is the right size, the quality is excellent, I sewed it myself, and I had no trouble assembling it. It was a very simple installation with all the bolts and washers clearly labelled and in separate bags with the lock nuts and washers. However, one of the pulley wheels seemed to have been chipped, probably due to being struck in transit. A replacement was in the mail less than 24 hours after customer service received an email. Excellent purchase! I'm very pleased with it!.

Having previously rated this as two stars due to missing parts, I have now increased my rating to four stars. I have uprated my rating to four stars since the seller supplied me with the parts I needed. It is a pretty good company in terms of customer service. This rack is sturdy, but the design of the lat pulley is a bit out of the ordinary There is a lack of down. It is limited in its use unless it is used straight down. Otherwise, the cable rubs on the edge of the opening at the top, stripping it of its covering. This design flaw has to do with the fact that more people use cables for different exercises than just straight pull-downs. Apart from that, I am pleased with the rack in general.

This product was ordered for my home gym and I was happy with the quality it offered at its I had difficulty finding gym equipment anywhere without a very long waiting list, but this arrived within a week in three boxes, and I've been using it for 4 months. It has so far been a good experience.

It is hoped that they can fix this problem. I received three deliveries over a period of nine days so I could get all the racks. It appears to be a good price for a good product.
