Good to go. It has been a pretty disappointing experience so far with this rack. The first thing I noticed was that the support beams had been bent pretty severely when it arrived. It says I must contact the company directly, so I did just that, only to be jerked around and asked to jump through hoops and send pictures of the damage, and they then stated that I should contact Amazon and place a new order on The customer service staff at Amazon aren't much help if the order was made through Amazon, despite my informing them that it was a Amazon order from the beginning. Therefore, it was a complete waste of time! After waiting two weeks to receive the cage I had ordered, I requested a replacement that took two more weeks to arrive, and even then it arrived DAMAGED. It does its job well for a home gym and is decent for power lifting. There is one thing I dislike most about these J hooks, as they constantly move when I move them You can find my weights on the rack. When my expensive barbell falls off my hook it leaves a piece of metal sitting on top of my rubber piece that keeps falling off. I found a shard of metal on my barbell after the rubber piece fell off. Due to the low quality of the cages on the sandwich hooks, I'm on the lookout for some better ones. In addition, the power cage itself is really sturdy, but I won't trust it not to tip over if I perform Kipping pull ups on it since it is pretty narrow, and it is too heavy to lift by hand. For me to assemble the cage, different pieces from my original order and my replacement order had to be taken, which caused a lot of frustration. I was so inconvenienced by this especially after I paid for shipping and waited for a replacement, the process that took an additional 14 days, so I had to wait over a month just to get the device assembled because the rods were damaged. Three out of five is a solid score. It's not a power cage, but it's adequate for home gym use.
I bought a 400 dollar squat rack from Amazon. It was kind of what you would expect. The box came open and was completely In fact, the rack itself had just a few scuff marks. I knew putting it together would be a struggle. As the plates attached to the posts kept rolling and falling off, fixing them was a pain. If you are putting together a blog, make sure that all the posts are the same length. Though they all look the same, the end of the side with the fewest holes is the bottom of the stack. In spite of the fact that it is barely noticeable at first, but if one post is out of sync it throws the rest off as well. When I was going to put in the screws for the pull up bar attachment at the top, the attachment swung down and hit me in the head when I held the handles in place. Start with one screw, then move to the other side to appropriately install the screw, and then come back to the temporary screw and install it again I should also address the posts that run from post to post on the top of the page Posts parallel to each other in the front and back It is recommended that the 4 holes in a row at the front of the rack be matched up with those holes. As soon as I installed the pull up bar, the posts were mismatched and I didn't notice this until it was too late. In the end, the rack does wobble and is not level (the holes don't line up lol big oof moment as I had to redo one entire side)
All in all, the rack isn't As well as tightening all the screws to the very end, I wanted to ensure it had been set correctly. A second reason is that I am prone to making mistakes and don't want to constantly tighten and loosen The reason I probably won't bolt it to my deadlift platform is that I want to be able to move it around easily. As for weight plates, I plan to buy weight plate attachments for the side to make the rack more stable and heavier. People who are not familiar with weight lifting or are just sick and tired of crowded gyms might be interested in this item. My height is 6'3", my weight is 290 pounds (all muscle baby), and this device will be fine for those days I don't want to The gym is definitely the best option for me on heavy days and days when I work out overhead. As my legs are bent at a 90-degree angle, I am able to hang from the rack with my legs bent. When I stand on my feet, I can easily handle the handles. My favorite part about the safety strap is it really holds up. The fact that the bar won't be damaged by wear and tear makes it my favorite part. Until we meet again,.
Excellent. I would recommend it.
It's exciting to have a power rack at home and see all the possibilities it can bring to my workout. As far as I am concerned, it fits the bill. For the money it would be nice if it was a bit sturdier, but I can't Furthermore, it would have been nice if it had a place to store weight plates on the inside, as well as pegs to hold accessories.
The box arrived two days earlier than expected and it was in perfect condition. It was handled with care and placed on my porch nicely. My FedEx experience is way better than any I've ever had with them. I put up the rack itself in about an hour , and it was in amazing condition came with everything you needed. This pump is very strong and sturdy, used today 350 on bench, no sway, no movement at all - the pulley is very strong for its price as well. It's awesome having an up bar in your home! A deal like this for less than 400 dollars on Amazon with quick delivery is hard to beat!.
It did not come with any extra tools or spare nuts and bolts, but it did not have a washer either. It took me roughly two hours to complete. A five-hour assembly process is required. The pull I took nearly knocked me into a coma A bar was added to the up bar. Please use a step stool.
Replace the bit that protects the metal on the hooks. They do not stay stuck where they were supposed. I am not sure how they are moving so much, but they come off as they fall off.
I was a bit unsure of how sturdy the rack would be, but it turned out pretty decent and is fantastic for the price.
