That's for sure!
A rack that allows you to unrack your back
I received the second one
The rack does not come with any attachments for storing things. My homemade sports plates holders are made of 1/2" galvanized pipe, and the backs are attached to Olympic plates. If you are using the pull up bar to kip / or to row rings (once the rings are attached to the rack), it can act as a great counterweight.

The vertical bars were the only part of the package I received. All you get are 4 useless bars with no connections, no supports, and no support.
The first reason is probably that it is the only piece of equipment that is likely to be needed for your entire life, so take advantage of it before buying something else. Although the main reason I selected this rack was because it appears to be the tallest (pullup bar dimensions), as well as the fact that it has a good amount of capacity. It is perfect that there is a grip on the pullup bar. I think the extra inch of height makes it superior to other competitors, so that's a good thing. Also, it's helpful for the stretching part of your workouts. way, if you've plateaued or need to gain some strength - you can do it. You might be able to add some useful functionality to your workout by using this rack. In my experience, it certainly has. In comparison to a bench press for about the same price that offers about the same functionality, I feel like this rack is a much better purchase (for $280 and I have had about a year researching racks). It doesn't budge no matter what I do. I weigh 200 lbs and I tried every trick in the book to exhaust this thing to oblivion, but it still doesn't budge. About two years were needed to complete the project At a moderate pace, you'll work for a period of time. Furthermore, I was able to get rid of my extra gym equipment with this rack and save a lot of space in the process. Additionally, you should place the rack on mats, so that it is stable. If you intend to use it on a hard floor, you may want to place filler plates in the rack. There is a horizontal cross between the floor and the lower cross-section of the building Furthermore, I can confirm that there is a two-shipment model for the product. As a really strong addition, I also bought the Kicode folding bench which I also love, as well as every accessory (from a major brand you could guess) that fits the rack perfectly two sets of weight plate holders, two sets of J-hooks, and several rack mounts. A landmine attachment consisting of hooks, dip bars, and a Unless you're already interested in buying it, do not hesitate. There's no way that you can overestimate the value of this rack.
A pro is Assembly instructions that are easy to follow. • 2) Heavy-duty equipment Those parts are required to do their jobs. The equipment must be
3) Versatile
4) Heavy enough to stand in place in a pinch but light enough to move around if necessary. The con is If we find any negatives, I will let you know. I am pleased with the power cage, as is our entire household. We both plan on using the cage for routines, even though I am disabled and my husband is not.
Occasionally, parts are made of the wrong size. The holes in which bolts go through are up to an eighth of an inch out. You should expect a bit of a struggle fitting everything in. may have had defective parts, but the instructions are clear, and you should be able to assemble it pretty easily if everything fits correctly. Some of the bolts would not fit so I had to use rubble mallets to force them to fit, and in the worst-case scenario, I had to drill through some metal near a hole to make it possible for the bolt This will save you a lot of time trying to squeeze the bolts in if you have a 17mm socket on your impact drill. For someone who does not own their own tools, a refund is required Last but not least, everything will be packaged multiple times.
As of now, I am in love!.
A few of the things The installation was even easier. Just be sure not to tighten the bolts all the way up until the end. You will need a 17mm socket (or impact driver) to speed up the installation. The possibility of building this yourself is greater if you are tall and can use your head a bit. It might be best to have a second person if you aren't handy at all. Please note
Fitness Reality 810XLT power cage is similar (with a few slight differences, I think), but there are a lot more reviews and videos available. In addition, it should be compatible with the fitness accessories produced by Fitness Reality. Please note
This is a very versatile exercise and will give you a lot of options in If you wish, you can also get different attachments for the lat-pull if you wish (It comes with two) Turn the page. I am - As a lifter, I am 6'3 and 220 pounds (novice-intermediate) and comfortable with pull-ups, squats, and chin-ups Do all of the above as well as bench press, overhead press, and barbell rows. Here are some neutral/negative points to keep in mind Please note
pulldowns are designed in order to work with normal weights (1"). Please note
It will make the footprint bigger if you do a lat pulldown. Please note
There is not a perfect spot to put a bench for 100% of the time, as the holes are not very close together. My assessment is that it comes pretty close. Please note
It came in a box that had a smashed corner, but everything inside was in perfect condition. Please note
It was missing a bolt hole for a stabilizer bolt (the ones that hold it in place when you are building it, before you tighten it down), but it didn't matter since there were so many other places it was bolted in (2 more just.
After a couple of weeks of using it, I'm very pleased. The unit must be assembled by two people. The ride is a little shaky at first, but once you put a weight over it, it no longer shakes. The rack seems fine for my use. I have used it for chin-ups, pull-ups, ect. I also have gymnast rings but I didn't count on it not moving As long as you have pegs for plate storage, you should be ok. I place my plate storage on the lower back side which puts the center of gravity low. The biggest downside and what I would warn people about is the two 'J cups', if that can be called The website is not secure, I cannot trust it. The ones that I'm going to get are definitely going to be better. I noticed that they happened about a day apart.
