This Landmine is perfect for the 810 XLT. It is sturdy and smooth at the same time. When I hold the bar in place with the screw, I no longer need it. This is a great product. Dip Pictures suggest these are closer to what you could expect than they are. This makes it easy for them to be placed into and removed from Their heavy duty nature makes me feel confident using them, and the safety pins they contain only increase that confidence. It's actually more convenient to do rows than dips and the shape allows you to grip the bars in different ways. The dip bars are too high for me to do pull ups as shown in the picture, since I'm 5'9" tall. I can touch my toes on the highest setting even with my knees bent. Since they are attached to a pull up bar, I don't need to use them for pull ups, but thought I would mention There are several weight plate holders to choose from. This is a pretty straightforward subject. Their purpose is to hold weight. Although I don't have even a little weight on them, they hold a couple of 45s fairly easily It would be hard to think of a reason for them not to In my opinion, the fact that the rack has some weight on it also increases its durability. Aside from that, the slippery smooth handles also annoy me. The gloves don't hurt my hands and they are thick and don't slip or slip off. I wish there was some kind of grip.
